If there was a zero star rate I'd give! The customer service is horrible! Ordered a product over 2 months ago still not received. Try to speak to a human and no one calls you back even when you specifically ask for a human to return your call. All communication is back and forth useless email that accomplishes nothing. The human rep who answers the phone pleasantly tells you with honey dripped apologies apologies from his lips that he's so sorry he can't help you but someone will email within 24-48 hrs. Don't fall for there pleasantries and snazzy website. They suck!

It took forever to receive my spa! They put the wrong address on my package. When I finally did get it - it was easy to set up, heated to 103 degrees and I have been enjoying it ever since!

I placed my order on black Friday and immediately received an email saying it would be shipped Dec 30. That day arrives and I call them only to be told it wouldn't be shipped until March 30, but I can replace it with another item and was provided a link to the same item in a different color. I told them that was an acceptable replacement and he sent me an invoice for $130..... I called and emailed and they do not care or want to help. Just want more money

I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THE CUSTOMER SERIVE REP WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WITH RYAN AND ASSURES ME EACH TIME THAT MY REFUND IS IN PROCESS. EACH TIME I CALL THE REP TELLS ME IT IS IN PROCESS AND TO ALLOW 5 MORE BUSINESS DAYS. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS!!!! Horrible response to emails. Was suppose to have my bounce houses 2 months ago and still no update. Al around just horrible

I feel we were not warned sufficiently that Insurance could be a problem. It is a big problem and we were required to sign a letter stating we would NOT use a bounce house in our park. Now we have an unused expensive item that we cannot use.

The bounce house we got was no good and had to be returned, but they were great about refunding the item and didn't require us to ship it back. We just tossed the item. Appreciated their customer service. Thank you.

I was told i'm getting it sep 26 22 then that that there has been a delay in manufacturing this model and is planning to restock by next year, March 2023-

It is now the end of September, but I wanted to share that my grown daughter just sent a picture of all my grandbabies on our water slide. I live in the state of Washington. My daughters family lives in Oklahoma. Its still plenty hot there. The water slide has been up and down often. They tell me the up keep is easy and set up is quick. So basically when there is a good hot day and an interest in the water slide, its no problem for any adult to put it up for countless hours of fun. once again thank y'all at My Bounce House For Sale!!! Ordered an out-of-stock item on pre-order and they reached out to me to verify that's what I wanted and were spot on about the time frame it would become back in stock and was shipped immediately.

Do not order from this site - they're selling products they don't have with ridiculous lead times that will continue to be extended until you give up or move on.

Ordered a 10x15x8 shed back in March. Before placing order I called to confirm it was in stock. They confirmed the order would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. Ryan then told me via email the item would be received in the warehouse April 1 and would ship out the next day.
Come April, no item. Emailed 4/3 as tracking info has not yet indicated any movement. No response. Emailed again 4/12 requesting update on status. Ryan replied and told me it will arrive June 30th and ship the following day.
Come June, no item. Emailed again 7/12, was told item would be arriving July 31st and ship out the next day (are you sensing a theme?)
Come August, no item. Emailed again 8/17, was told them item has now been delayed to Oct 31st.
Called their offices and didn't acknowledge I had already ordered the item and inquired if it was in stock. I was told, and had him repeat 3 times, the item is currently in stock and ready to ship. I then identified I had purchased the item back in March and was told it wouldn't be available until October. The guy on the phone collected my info with promises to track down the issue. He tried to contact Ryan, but he did not answer. And while the individual on the phone was polite enough, it's all canned responses about their promise to look into it. I also followed up via their website to the Live Chat and was told the same thing, "I'll have our main team look into this further as the order seemed to be unfulfilled here on our end".

I'm out <$2k and I've wasted the last 6 months with our items sitting in the yard as we do not yet have a shed. Ryan continues to cite the global shipping issues but at some point this is just bad business in order to make money. They're selling items they don't have and have no clue when they will have them in stock again. Don't waste your time, if it's too good to be true, price wise, it probably is.

Do not order from this site - there is not enough consistency for fulfilled orders. You may get your item or you may end up like the rest of us 6 months later, out a couple grand without an item.

Couldn't find this picnic table cover anywhere. Found it here on backorder. Informed them I needed for an upcoming camping trip. They delivered way ahead of schedule.

Ordered an over the picnic table tilting canopy for camping in the Spring received order 4 months later broken inside Box. Contacted the company to report and was told I had to take a million pictures and jump through hoops for a broken spot Weld that holds the clamp to the table. Welded it back together myself and called it good. Was not worth the time or the energy product quality was passible

This is the place I finally found the product I have been looking for. Everyone else took your money and promised shipment, but for a year and a half all I got were excuses and finally refunds.I received product as promised. Thanks.

Even though my order was delayed, the company always kept me updated. When I had questions they always responded in a timely manner. They were very courteous and friendly. I would gladly recommend them, I will definitely use them them again.

I purchased an aleko waterslide and when I took it out of the box it was damaged. I started off in the chat and the person gave me info who to contact. I contacted him and he was amazing. His response time was great. He was very helpful and sent me a replacement very quickly.
