I ordered a dual lane water slide. was told I would receive it with a 90 days which I thought was a little long. waited the 90 days. didn't receive the product. after contacting them was told it would be another 30 days. ask the cancel my order. waiting for money back. not looking good. beware

Financed a bounce house that was in stock ready to ship in June through Ryan, signed leasing agreement and paid document fees to be told afterwards that the bounce house could not be manufactured until the end of the year now. It has been over a month with no resolution and little to no responses by email or phone with Ryan. They have received $2,298 from the leasing company and I have now made a payment on a product I have not received. Dropshipping scam beware!

The blow up waterslide is great. I can see bubbles coming through the seems after just 4 uses. Water ends up inside the inflatable. Makes it difficult to roll up and put away. I know its fabric and just a necessary evil. Kids from 2 to 12 love it.

Prices are reasonable and service is exceptional!

It’s a smaller obstacle course but perfect for our family of kids. Easy enough for our 1.5 year old to climb the stairs and big enough for our 8,10 year olds to have hours of fun.

You have not responded to my cancellation request just 3 days after the order. All I recieved was a generic email. No REAL help!!

Ryan and Joe has refused to cancel my order that was placed on June 6, 2022. The second that my down-payment was made to get my order out to me, was when everything went down hill.
My order:
Palm Tree 16ft wet/dry combo.(no order in stock) they tried to force me to order different snocone machine.

(2) snconcone machines.( was not even available) they tried to force me to order a different combo from their put together list.
(2) 10×20 pop up tents. ( THIS ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE EITHER, THEY JUST OFFERED SOME OTHER ITEM I DIDNT WANT.

I SPOKE WITH JOE HERN FROM QUICK SPARK 3 DAYS AFTER HE GOT MY ORDER FOR RYAN. ALL HE COULD SAY IS THE ORDER WAS NON CANCELLABLE.
IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN 30 DAYS AND HE WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR CALLS.

All I want is a refund of my down-payment and cancel the order. Due to their product not being available.

I RECIEVED A LETTER STATING MY BILL IS DUE JULY 6TH, HOW? I DONT HAVE MY ORDER.

IVE BEEN CALLING ALL MONTH LONG

NOBODY MENTIONED THE 3 DAY FREE VACATION THEY ARE OFFERING OF FACEBOOK EITHER.

BEWARE OF SCAM!

I would give zero if possible. Buyer beware! Do not, for the love of God, order from this place! If it's too good to be true, it usually is! Purchased a water slide that was in stock when I bought it, received an email 2 or 3 days later saying it was no longer in stock. The only 'customer service' they have is through email & it takes the guy 48 hours to get back ahold of you for one question at a time! Each email takes 48 hours! I have been waiting to hear about my cancelation & refund & they said it will take 2 weeks to even get a refund! The representatives are nasty when you start asking questions about refunds & cancelations. Very dry & short answers. So my $3,000 is stuck with them until they decide to refund me. Horrid business & customer service! Please do your research before hand & DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS 'business.' If you read their return policy on their website, it says if 30 days have passed, they will not refund your order. So that's what they are trying to do & thats why it takes them so long to reply. I haven't heard back from this Ryan guy in 3 days now about my refund & they give you some scripted answer each & every time you ask. We will be taking legal action if we do not get a refund within 3 days like it says on their website.

I received a phone call from Ryan apologizing shortly after this review. I did receive a full refund & he offered me a 5% discount if I decided to buy again in the future. This issue has been resolved.

Have heard anything and taking to long to get our water slide was told we would get it in the middle of June will that didn’t happen but got there 4000.00 plus dollars not happy at all

Greet products great customer service and delivery was on time and professional!

I purchased four of the 20 x 40 tents. All the boxes came they were supposed to, I got seven of seven boxes for each tent. I did not receive any of the three-way or four-way joints.
I’m trying to resolve it now but I do not understand how I could get all the boxes and not get all the parts.

Update: revived missing parts within a week 👍
