Really hope people find this before purchasing from this site I was making a larger purchase never received my item kept getting the run around I would have been out of pocket 1700 but thankfully I had went threw affirm and after a dispute they ruled in my favor this company is a scam

They a very legit and prompt and communicate with you if you send an email.

I placed an order for 2 items on 5/16/23. I requested an update after seeing the items were in back order AFTER my order was placed, and received a response from, apparently the only person at the company who can handle anything, on 5/22 saying those items would not be back in stock until July, but gave alternate similar options of “hot” in stock ready to ship items. So, I requested to cancel the first order and proceeded to place a second order of the “in stock ready to ship” items.
After 4 weeks with no shipping or tracking information on the second order I decided to cancel both orders.
It’s now been 8 weeks since the second order was placed and the first one was requested to be cancelled, and have yet to receive a product, or a refund.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Absolutely worst purchasing experience in my entire life undoubtedly.

Jan 29 2023 - purchased an awning

Feb 7 - June 1 2023 - I sent five emails following up on the status of my order only to receive responses from Ryan of excuses why they cannot send my item to me

June 5 2023 - received email from Ryan that they would ship my awning if I paid an additional $240 more than the price I already paid and purchased the item for. Under the description of the item I purchased it read “the price you see is the price you pay”. Unbelievably unethical.

June 6 2023 - I called and requested a refund. I received the email from Ryan today June 12 explaining that there is a cancellation fee.

I wish I had read reviews before making this purchase as many others have had a similar experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anybody buy anything from this company.

Ryan is a joke.Stay A WAY. Said same think to me.”hot item” (a raindeer in late may.lol) says maybe ship out by Oct. but get this I reach out to China myself,order same item, (yes same exact item) they made it, shipped it. I received it..all within 1 month. From China to USA in Florida. Good luck with this joker.

I ordered a Barrel Sauna worth $5,500 that was suppose to be ready to ship immediately back in March. A few days later I got the same email from Ryan that other reviewers mentioned. He was stating that my "Hot item" had gone in backorder and that it will not be shipped until May 30th as they not longer have it in stock. I asked for it to be canceled and the money refunded. Its almost the end of May and still no refund, Ryan stopped answering my emails and I have called the office and not one knows anything and he is never there. This company uses clickbait, completely false advertising. This place is a scam Please stay away.

It took awhile for my Aleko Hot Tub to arrive (perhaps 4 months), but I am well pleased with the item.
It holds the heat very well and it's a much smaller size (2 person) that holds only about 160 gallons.
I think three people can fit in it if they're touching legs.
If you change out the filter every 3-4 days, you will have no problems with it perking right along.
I'm happy with the purchase.

I ordered my tent replacement over a year ago and still haven’t received it. Your company haven’t even reached out to keep me updated, this is ridiculous.

Ordered a slip n slide ( after confirming via their online chat) that item was in stock and ready to ship. Paid online, then received email saying wouldn't be ready to ship until June. I called and spoke to Genesis- she advised she cancelled order and would refund card in 24-48 hrs and I'd receive a confirmation email. Never received email. Still haven't received refund. Received email from Ryan asking about another, larger, more expensive item that is for sure in stock. I agreed, then they messed up the 2nd invoice. I've called Ryan numerous times( never available and never has called back) and emailed ( Ryan also.. if he's even a real person!) and no response since my latest email 3 days ago. I'm filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's office and Consumer complaint dept along with calling my credit card company and reporting this charge as fraudulent! Unbelievable company. I don't know how they are still in business scamming people daily!

I place a canopy order, and take 3 months to send it; and when finally received: arrive with no roof, I try to retuned and almost cost me what I pay for this item, so I have no choice have to keep it?????

I ordered a 10x10 tent on the 7th of April for my business and before ordering, it said the tent would arrive on the 17th of of April. I needed this tent by MAY as we have an event to which we have spent $5000 for a booth spot to vend in. Not even a few days later, Ryan had sent us an email stating that this tent will not be shipped until JUNE as they don’t have it in stock and can’t guarantee. I’m already upset because not only did the option not say “back order” or preorder, it was false advertising, but after CONTINUOUS emails of asking them for cancellation, they have been ignoring our requests and suggesting we wait which is UNACCEPTABLE. we cannot wait until June and we have already found better offers with faster and reliable shipping. This place is a scam and refuses to refund our money and cancel the order although they don’t have our order in stock. This place is misleading and SCAMMING money for orders they don’t have the ability to ship. We have spent a total of $242.10 and need our money back otherwise we will be complaining with the bank.

Scammers run away you will not see your item

Do not buy from this company! They'll tell you the extended delay was caused by the manufacturer due to supply chain issues when in fact they didn't even order it from them? I placed an order for an infrared sauna and nothing happened for a week. It took days for the owner Ryan to return my email blaming the manufacturer. I found it suspicious and called the manufacturer and found out he never placed an order with them. Subsequent emails went unanswered and I had to open up a dispute with my credit card company. Don't fall for their generous discount since you'll never see your item delivered!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Ordered a Waterslide July of 2022 it is now February and have not received it yet. I can’t get a reply via email or phone call. Do not waste your money on this P.O.S company
