Not good at all. Ordered in early May and they wanted me to wait until sometime in July. Cancelled the order. Apparently they refunded the $$$ but we'll see when the Visa bill comes. 🤬

Customer service sucks and seller was not true to his word regarding issuing me a refund.

I would give the seller zero stars if I could. To the seller, Ryan, I say to him, “Failing to keep your word is not good for your business. You are not only breaking your own agreement/policy, you are misleading your customers.” He approved my refund, agreed to issue me a refund within 5 business days, and then went back on his word. I’ve communicated with him via email several times, each time with an excuse. Not cool, man!

I ordered a six-person Gray hot tub and install it and it had a leak in it so I called the company and sent pictures and within a couple of weeks they replaced the hot tub so I'm satisfied and if I need anything else from them I'll certainly give him a call an order thanks so much

Tarp tears easily pipes aren’t that sturdy. Tarp tore in multiple spots 1st and 2nd time used. Other than that super easy to set up

We brought this on a camping trip with us. What a blast. Easy set up and take down. Plenty of bubbles. We were the envy of the campground.

I’ve hesitated to write this review….
I’ve hesitated to write this review in hopes that Ryan at my bounce house would respond to my issue. Since it’s been over two weeks I’ve decided to let others know. I purchased a complete carport canopy from Walmart.com and it turns out they sold it on behalf of my bounce house. I only received the sidewalls for a carport canopy. Trying to resolve the issue with my bounce house I was told I would have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. Plus they will not send me the complete carport canopy I ordered. My bounce house will not respond to my repeated emails or request. If you plan on doing business with this company beware or the poor customer service you may receive and their questionable business practices.

Good Afternoon Tim-After multiple emails back and forth we figured out what happened- The item that Tim purchased on the website was on one of our third party seller websites- The information was not displaying correctly and this was NOT the item that he purchased- It was technical error which we promptly corrected and 100% refunded as soon as it was discovered. Additionally- we allowed him to keep the incorrect item he was delivered as our apology for the issue.
My update…. This is complete BS… they Mybouncehouse just responded to my review 6 hours ago today… 5 months later… WOW… should be all you need to know about this company. Buyer beware. Let’s Go Mybouncehouse.com !!!!

Communication was excellent until I asked an uncomfortable question and then things went silent for an extended period. I was disappointed to learn, only after arrival of my order, that there is a 20% restocking fee and I'm responsible for return shipping. That should be posted on the website.

A birthday gift to our son in Texas was sent promptly and arrived on time. The gift was well received and used for Halloween. Everyone loved the Devil Minnon especially our grandson who had to make sure he was okay before going to bed every night.

They truly do match prices...good quality items and Ryan is an honest man and pleasant to do business with!! Highly Recommended!!
