They take your money and expect you to wait forever to get your item. My item was to be shipped out on October 31st. Then it wasn't in stock and should be on November 15th. Canceled my order but still have not received my refund. You take my money immediately but I have to wait how long to get my money back?

Everything went well with placing the order but when they shipped it they shipped it to the wrong address a few States away after several inquiries they would not admit it or anything, I kept seeing on the tracking that it was going to the wrong address and kept telling them they said no it's not it's taken care of then I see 2 days before I get it through fedex, the address was corrected, nobody would admit it they never would say they made a mistake. Honesty means a lot especially when you're spending over $700

I would give this 2.5 starts if I could. First of all, it is cute....but so small. The price point really doesn't match the size of this inflatable due to its petite size and underpowered fan. This is the most expensive inflatable that I have purchased for my Halloween decorations and by far, the least impressive......oh, and it doesn't look like the picture on the website....so beware and shop around.

I am so super impressed with this company! They came through even though this item had been on back order and my band's song release party was a smashing success in no small part to My Bounce House! They also had great communication with me throughout the process! I will be doing business again with these folks. Highly recommend!

Thought it would light up the top but it doesnt.the quality of the inflatablesnot as good as others.got here just in time for Halloween..I get its a hot item...

This is a great product. I also bought a 20x30 canopy tent with windows last year.

I’ve hesitated to write this review in hopes that Ryan at my bounce house would respond to my issue. Since it’s been over two weeks I’ve decided to let others know. I purchased a complete carport canopy from Walmart.com and it turns out they sold it on behalf of my bounce house. I only received the sidewalls for a carport canopy. Trying to resolve the issue with my bounce house I was told I would have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. Plus they will not send me the complete carport canopy I ordered. My bounce house will not respond to my repeated emails or request. If you plan on doing business with this company beware or the poor customer service you may receive and their questionable business practices.

It has been a week ago that I received my order. I called and sent an email letting mybouncehouseforsale know they sent me the wrong item the day it arrived. I was assured that Ryan would contact me within 24-48 hours. That was the 12th. On the 16th I called again and they again assured Ryan was looking into it and would get back with me the next day. I sent them a snap shot of the order after the call. I called the next day, Ryan was not available again and was assured he would contact me. Now today the 19th I called again and he was again not available but he will get back with me. They took my money, sent me, instead of a 10' x 20' steel frame with polyethlene removable walls kit, heavy duty white, I got 2 side panels with windows. And no one will talk to me to make it right. Beware of this company!

I order A Tube man blower and was sent a purple tube man in a envelope. Call the company they told me i had to pay restock fee for a item i didnt purchase. Never will i use this service again
