Just opened this up this morning to use for my granddaughters open house. There is a hole in the top by the peak. And the rope that was sent for tie down is no bigger than shoe lace.

Great product

We had a big item on order and was promised a delivery time, I made sure the time was guaranteed because we know how the shipping has been lately.
It was way past the promised date so our need for the item was not needed and we canceled the order.
Weeks later it shows up and stick in the center of my garage that I now can't park my cars in.
The company won't respond to picking up the item as a return.
Please stay away from this company, it's all about money to them only!

Bounce house water slide was shipped in new condition with no damage during shipping. It has seen regular use for kid's birthday parties and is a real hit. The bounce house seems ruggedly constructed with good materials, and seems like it will last for a reasonably long time.
I am happy with the product and would recommend it to others.

The water slide is very good quality but the water hoses are cheaply made. I hade to go to hardware store and buy hose clamps to keep the fittings from blowing apart and some ball valves to So we could adjust the water flow for the upper sprayers because they just sprayed out over the side of the slide. I wish it had a pump to recycle the water. A ton of water is need to keep it going

The experience with my bounce house for sale was wonderful. Quick delivery. I love the bounce house and slide my daughter does too. I took a star away because although I love the tunnel feature and so does my daughter. There is no safety with the large opening there. It's not a very large bounce house (perfect size for our yard though) so I'm worried about her falling out. I've placed a pool float on the ground to help ease my mommy mind.

Bounce house was supposed to be at my house by this Friday I still have not received it. Not shipped yet. Still waiting.

We had an issue with the purchased item being out of stock. Customer service reached out and helped with suggestions to replace the out of stock one. Super helpful and supportive. We even got an extra gift of balls for the problem! Appreciate the support.

No communication from this company ...I have called and emailed with no reply over a order that I received that is mis leading on there website!

I had a great experience ordering a portable hot tub through mybouncehouseforsale.com. They had good communication and an emphasis on customer service. And when my hot tub stopped working after 5 months, I just sent them an email with a photo and they processed a claim on my behalf and had a new one, with tracking information, sent from the manufacturer in less than 2 weeks. I was impressed.

I ordered my 1st Bounce House through them and it wasn't a disappointment. It was delivered when I was told it would be. Everything was in great condition and new, one week later I purchased my 2nd Bounce House with them. I can't wait for my 3rd!

Product did not hold up during a breeze day.
Many of the support poles/joints broke when a gust of wind came through, thereby ripping the fabric in many places.

Great customer service! And the see saw has provided a ton of amusement for my kids already. Well made & only took my husband about 30 mins to assemble. We would definitely buy from this company again.
