Terrific Service

The initial purchase was seamless, prompt and well communicated, However, I'd ordered the wrong size case. Joanne from Customer Service was so helpful and the swap to the correct case went through very quickly and it was also sent express, which they paid for. I couldn't be happier with this company and will use them for all future purchases.

The best service ever

Quick prompt service. I had a bit of trouble with my first case and when I notified them,I couldn't of asked for better customer service,it was truly out standing. A replacement was sent immediately. Very happy and would recommend and use this company again.thank you.

i ordered a case cover for my Samsung…

i ordered a case cover for my Samsung mobile, the only problem was that i ordered the wrong one!! i contacted MyCaseCovers and explained my stuff up and asked me to send back the wrong one and then they sent me a new one (the correct one this time) lot of contact with them and the service was great.

It took over 2 months to receive case…

It took over 2 months to receive my case, then when I asked for a refund (as I had to buy another case to protect my phone), they required tracking postage which was 43$ (way more tgan the cost of the case!!!!) and not going to be refunded. So yeah... not impressed at all with their service and definitely not recommending this company!

While we do our best to get every order to our customers as quickly as possible, once an item has been shipped, we unfortunately don’t have control over the courier’s timelines. That said, we’re always here to assist if there are any delays and to help track the shipment whenever needed.

We also completely understand that you no longer needed the case since you had already purchased another one, which is why we guided you through the return process based on our Returns Policy. Just to clarify, we don’t demand a return tracking number - our instructions simply state "Please keep the tracking number (if any) so we can track the shipment status." This is especially helpful for returns from New Zealand to Australia to prevent loss or misdelivery.

Our Returns Policy is clearly outlined on our website and agreed upon at checkout, but we truly regret if this caused any frustration. We’ll continue to do our best to provide clearer guidance for future customers.

Great Store and quality products

Terrific customer support

I was very pleased with the iPhone cover…

I am very pleased with the iPhone cover I recently bought. The feel and texture of the case cover material has an upmarket quality feel to it. The colour is as I expected. Delivery and email notification was prompt and it came well packaged. I would happily recommend the company 😊

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They take your money and do not deliver. Multiple emails sent requesting a refund through lack of delivery. All they come up with are excuses. FYI, items come from Aust, not NZ!!! Steer clear is my advice. Don’t hit pay now!

1. We are based in Sydney, Australia, and this information is clearly stated on our “Delivery Speed” and “About Us” pages. We do ship to New Zealand regularly, and most orders arrive within the expected timeframe.
2. In your case, the parcel was shipped promptly and has been held at NZ Customs since June 1st — a situation unfortunately beyond our direct control. As explained by our support team, NZ Post advised us to allow a bit more time before lodging a formal enquiry.
3. We completely understand that this delay is unacceptable to you. While our support team followed NZ Post’s guidance, we agree it’s best to close this out properly. We have now issued a full refund for your order.

We’re sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations this time, but we hope this resolution gives you some peace of mind.

We had an item go missing in post and they got a replacement to us withing 2 days. Very Happy with them.
