Great customer service from Becky
I paid for express shipping but there were apparently some issues with the shipping company and as such, I still have not received my bag after a week. I am here, however, to give a 10/10 review for the fantastic customer service assistant, Becky, who is doing their best to help me out. I reached out to them via email and they have been communicating with me and trying to help me get my bag ASAP.

Had trouble getting my first order, however, customer service agents were quick, responsive and very helpful. My second package came very quick (I ordered internationally) I love my bag and I would definitely order from my fox bag again.

First purchase was perfect and landed quite fast .
My second bag meant for my son's Birthday did not arrive in time due to address being wrong on the label even though it's auto filled and has the same address as the first bad I bought few months ago.now it's being returned from Singapore back to UK again . Wondering when I will get my birthday gift sent out again.
Please ensure label is correctly printed . Please also update me on status of the fate of the bag

Customer has to pay for returns!
Great experience if you pay for next day delivery & the item fits correctly, not such a good experience if you need to send it back for an exchange or refund, as the customer has to pay for returns, those that know standard 1st class is only insured for £20, so unless you're only sending back a fjallraven keyring we the customer have to up the postage costs for insurance purposes as we're liable for any issues during transit, then that already expensive fjallraven item has just gone up 10% of the rrp, so consider this when ordering, there are plenty of fjallraven stockists that don't charge the customer to return,

We do offer free standard shipping on all orders (including worldwide), and as a small business we unfortunately can't stretch to free returns aswell. Our standard UK shipping service is a 48 hour tracked service and we ship all orders within 1 working day, so to avoid Next Day charges, you can hopefully minimise costs this way. If you return something for exchange then we will also cover the cost of shipping the exchange item back out to you aswell.
