Mytaxi 

This is a scam. It is extremely expensive! They wait outside central station and I was not paying attention, and for 3 km drive the meter has jumped to more than 600 kr!!

Suxrob Juraev (light blue Malibu, 01F089CB). He's standing incorrect location. After a 5-10mins when I finally found him, instead of saying sorry, he’s so rude with me. I don’t want him to work with me. Could you, please block him so he won't be able to come when I order a taxi in the future? I'll rate with as 1, won't recommend it to anyone. He needs to learn how to talk to customers first

If I could give a zero star rating then I certainly would. I’ve just been speaking with somebody at my taxi via their online bot..
My wife is stuck in Totnes in Devon and all trains have been cancelled. I’ve asked if my taxi can provide a taxi from there to Bristol this afternoon and was told they could. I’ve just gone through the whole system to book the taxi to be told that they are fully booked for today. When I said that they are told me they would be able to get somebody out to travel my wife from Totnes to Bristol previously in their conversation, they totally denied saying that this was possible.

An absolutely rubbish service and I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it.

My Taxi is now called Freenow.

Do NOT put your card details in. Rubbish Rubbish customers service. They take a "charge" over your card. Which they say is not a "charge". Well your Bank will take the £35 from your account.

As you put your card into the App that counts as "consent". Although at NO Time do FREE NOW ask if they can take £35!!

So you will waste hours of your day trying to reason with your Bank who tell you to deal with the completely rubbish, we don't have any call centre, we will get back to you Customer Dis Service of Free Now.

You can see why Uber and other ride shares are doing so well if this the best the Black Cabs can come up with.

The Taxi I pre ordered cancelled at the last minute and I was charged a cancellation fee

This use to be a great service, just deleted the app. No customer service just look at the reviews

I have just tried booking an airport taxi, the quote showed a special offer, extended to October 15th, the reviews for this particular private hire firm were good so I tried to book. Mytaxi gave me a totally different price, "because of covid" then added far more to the agents fees than was quoted. Don't use these conmen!

This was the worse experience I've had in my life. I asked not to go through the M50 but he didn't listen to me. When I complained he started calling me " stupid idiot". He asked me to get out of his car and I had to walk 20min from my house in the dark.
If this taxi will be sent to me again I will go to the court. I was afraid of my life as he was very aggressive. I'm very disappointed with this service and I don't feel safe anymore.
I was trying to make a complaint on the app but doesn't work.

Very bad service taxi driver took payment twice . Tried to contact customer services no reply dont you worry i will be contacting fraud banking i advice people to not use this service ever scammers

Would give no stars if I could. Late arrival. Driver cancelled pick up for no reason without contacting me. When rand gave me the height of abuse on the phone told me I never ordered and told me go f*ckl myself. Which I have all on record. A joke to deal with. Never again

Used this service in Dublin for the first time Sunday 16th Feb, showed a price of €18 then received notification after the journey I had been charged €23!! I have sent several emails and received only one reply saying it was being looked into. That was Sunday. I would not use again, stick to Uber, the price you see is the price you pay, or local Taxi’s if in Dublin they’re cheaper than Uber.

Give you an estimate and then add €10.

Don't even stick to the allocated route to your destination and just choose their own route

Gives you a rough price and when it’s time to pay hikes up to twice the price you thought it would be😡
Then makes up an excuse that makes NO SENSE

Experience with mytaxi is consistently terrible. Taxis cancelling at the last minute should not be allowed!! Beyond unreliable and standards of taxis should be spot checked, every taxi I get into is disgusting and smells of either vomit or BO. Disgraceful when I need to use the service so often for business meetings it’s the furthest thing from convenient

Pre booked taxi for train station. Firstly had a message 2 days before to say they were sorry they had not been able to pick me up. Rebooked and had confirmation, but the taxi didn’t turn up.

An absolute farce of a company.. arrived in Manchester airport at 0745 on the 17th of November, jumped into a taxi and off into Princess St to the Princess St Hotel.. HE BLOODY DIDN’T know where it was, round in circles , meter running and when we arrived not even a sorry... what a crap service.

Unbelievable bad service from mytaxi, first they came 15 min late second the driver took a long road and explained that this is short and faster way to get to the address.
Since they updated to free now something goes wrong, two times I order taxi and they go to different locations calling and saying that the problem is in mine phone because suddenly they recieved different location. 🤔
