Will never use again rubbish ise uber black taxis cant be bothered

I only tried to use the app once, to get a taxi to the airport in Lisbon. I gave them ~15 hours advance notice, but it was only at the last minute that they sent a message saying they couldn't find a driver.

FYI: When we tried to reserve a taxi with Radio Taxis in Lisbon, they said to call back 10 minutes before we needed a taxi. When we did that, they said they didn't have any taxis. We had success with Coop Taxis (217932756).

I was picked up in one of the mytaxi's today at the HBF rail station in Vienna and dropped off at the Aparthotel Adagio. I had previously looked up the approximate cab fare and it was supposed to be about 10-12 euro's at a maximum. The ride was less than 3.5 kilometers and took 10-12 minutes from time he left rail station. The driver charged me 27 euro's and was quite rude when I questioned him about the excessive fare. The time was 4:30pm and I included a picture of the taxi we took with his license W + 4898TX number. He was a young man likely between 25 -35 and had shaved side of head and black hair on top driving a black Prius.

This guy's actions and dishonesty is really giving mytaxi company a bad name, but by the other reviews the company seems to allow this kind of behavior.

Terrible website. No history of booked cars, no reminders so unsure if calling until too late!

What is the point of this app if the driver just picks up anyone when they confirm a job with you?? Was left stranded several times and th drivers then just ignore you...:((

I've never heard of a service where I get charged for said service being late.

I have yet to hear back on being charged almost THREE times the standard fare in Italy OVER a week ago. The driver chaged the amount after he showed us the transaction. I am very disappointed in the App and driver.

My partner and 2 year old were refused their taxi ride from the driver because of having two (very-well behaved) dogs. So they were left waiting in the rain until they could find another to flag down. This is highly unacceptable and look to take this further.

Awful app

The app overcharges you by more than 50% - app indicated that fare was 15 euros but was charged 30 euros by the driver.

Customer service was unhelpful as standard replies were given without an attempt for providing help.

Have queries with them and guess what no response

In Turin, I tried to book a taxi for the following day. After hours spent waiting for the "driver's response," I cancelled the request and booked by phone at the local taxi company (in less than a minute). I wonder what's the reason for such a useless app

Mytaxi shows a fare that are not real and Taxi drivers will takes advantage of that. I was shown 9-14 Euros and taxi driver started his meter way before meeting me.He was going around in circles and I ended up paying 35 euros for 2 km trip.
I contacted them many times and they keep saying they have no control over fare. Since Mytaxi has no control over fare its a bad idea to use there services and rely on their fare. USE UBER.
So If you are travelling in Italy I would say stay away from Mytaxi. Try to use Uber which might show a higher fare than Mytaxi but it would not change and there are no surprises.

Really bad service! Everytime i have booked a taxi in advance they have cancelled it! Almost missed my flight once and today the bus to go on a trip because of this! It is just a joke! Never trust you again!

I use my taxi quite often, especially to go from city center to airport. It usually cost me 30euros max.

Last drive it cost me around40 which I found it weird and decided to contact Customer Support to verify this trip.

The reason of being charge more was because my driver went thought the port tolls. Obviously i wasnt told about the extra coste from driver who spent the whole drive talking on the phone.

I contacted customer support to share my experience and they didnt care / help at all.I found it very unprofessional.

This is just a machine of making money and didnt care of customer experience.

Will never use this service again.

Last week my husband was performing in the concert hall @ 7.30pm. At 11am that day he ordered a 6-seater wheelchair accessible cab for 6pm for our very elderly relatives and other family members who wanted to be at the concert. At 6.05pm(!) he got a message that saying they couldn’t find a taxi. What a disappointment for all my family. Mytaxi doesn’t deserve business

never using this service again ! Last trip Cost me €8 more than I usually pay with a base!! Driver was racist, car was very smelly and he locked me in and I felt very uncomfortable. He was telling racist jokes and I ended up asking him to drop me off way before my destination because I felt so uncomfortable. He was asking me personal questions about relationships and commented on my appearance --- awful experience

Driver added his own tip of €4 onto the fair without my knowledge or consent. Would not use mytaxi app again.

BEWARE!!!! PRICES ARE NOT CORRECT!  Estimated my Journey between €9-14 euros however when I arrived at my destination the driver said that it was €30 and became quite angry when questioning this. Tried to resolve the price by emailing MyTaxi and the basically told me "Too Bad"  beware of this scam app and scam prices....

Over priced and customer service they don’t seem to understand the meaning off. Avoid at all costs
