Uber is so much better, this app and service are ridiculous, 20 minutes to find a driver and most of the times they cancel the ride for no reason. Very expensive as well, not recommended.

Compared to Uber that I use in several countries in the world, Free Now is an absolute disaster. Non user friendly app, extremely tedious complaint process, bad customer service.. Uber charges you what they offer upon booking. Free Now is not, they charge by meter and my taxi ride from Dublin airport to home came to 50 eur instead of the 37 that the app offered..when asked the driver, he was unnecessarily rude, impolite..never will use this company again

Since this changed toFreeNow the service is totally unreliable. On several occasions I pre-booked a taxi and had it confirmed. One minute after it was due to arrive I got a message saying cancelled. Totally unreliable.
The drivers hate it as well so no wonder they cancel at the last minute.

I use this app to book a taxi from my house to Maynooth - 7 minute journey. I was previously charged between €7 and €8 and have receipts on line for this. My last two identical trips are now costing me €11.60 + absolute disgrace and rip off.
The company can see the huge increase in charges but do nothing.
Gonna stick with the local company. Free now even estimate the cost of the trip at €8 when yo go to book.

I had an expensive camera stolen from this companies driver in Dublin. Since I didn't actually book the taxi( mine failed to show up) they refuse to help me locate the driver. I would never use this service .

Tried taking a long detour because myself and my girlfriend were drunk, we told him to turn around and go a quicker way, he kept asking did we want to turn around although we told him to turn around at the start he kept driving. This was 10in the morning and I got charged 60, last time I took taxi at 4 in the morning and I was charged 45??? Something wrong there my taxi? Ripped

I have complained but not received a response. Our cab was cancelled to Heathrow 1 hour before it was due to arrive. It was supposed to arrive at 5.00 am. We booked it a week prior and confirmed the night before.
I have complained to them but they do not respond

Received an email suggesting pre-booking Freenow formerly Mytaxi cab to airport - if previous many occasions where driver cancelled the prebooking 5 mins before pickup time- then will add to travel stress - use an alt reliable service

Wow! Looking at previous reviews we must have been very lucky. We planned to go to a concert in Rome by bus but two didn't turn up and we were short on time. In desperation we used Mytaxi. It was easy to use the app, they were prompt and charged the amount we had been estimated. We used them twice more after this, both times without a problem, although charged a couple of euros more than estimate, and all drivers were fabulous. We had heard such horror stories about taxis in Rome it was refreshing to be proved wrong.

The worst, really

very bad, there is always extra costs in the end. the drivers always take the longest way to make extra cash. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!

Taxis go to the wrong addresses. When you contact customer support they don't do anything and say because they're not direct employee's there's no way to hold the drivers accountable.

If you ask for any further information or clarification they stop answering and say the issue is resolved. They say the only way to do anything is to give several examples of this. If you give them multiple exact examples, they will continue to do nothing.

Don't support this company because they can be convenient sometimes. Stay with your local depots.

Am still waiting to hear back after taxi I ordered this morning in Lancaster Gate, London picked up a different passenger 20metres away from me although I was waving and immediately tried to call driver. They have booked this journey on my credit card which is fraud. I have contacted customer service this morning but not heard back. I have supported black cabs in london but will now switch to uber.

The most awful service that I've ever use. They charged me double of the initial price. 30 euros from 15 in the app.

We ordered a Barcelona taxi at 8 pm to arrive at 2am, since we were in an area with few taxis. At 2 am we received a message no taxis available try again in a few seconds. After another hour we got a different company to collect us.Mytaxi just gave up, leaving us stranded despite prebooking.

Awful- I never leave bad reviews but this time it's an exception! I booked a taxi 5 hours in advance using this app. 10 minutes before I was due to be picked up, they cancelled, gave no reason, and rescheduled another taxi which didn't arrive until 20 minutes later. I then missed my train to London, was nearly charged £175, and missed half the set for Fleetwood Mac (a gig I've been looking forward to my entire life). Stick to uber folks.

Absolute rubbish service. Left me stranded at stansted airport at 3am in the morning. No confirmation message, no driver details. None of them speak decent English. Do not use.

My pre-book was cancelled at the time the car was supposed to arrive. Due to lack of drivers in the area... I pre-booked 40 min in advance... What kind of service is that?

Pre booked a taxi and got a message at the time it was due to say no drivers were available and cleared my booking. Tried calling the hotline and there was just a recorded message talking to me in what I presume was German

BEWARE!!!! We have been ripped off. Taxi in London. We asked our Driver about the first trip discount and he told us a complete lie and gave us the incorrect code, he said the discount had been applied. NOT. The full price, which was well over priced was charged to my account. Tried to resolve this by emailing MyTaxi and the basically told me "Too Bad" This company and app is a scam. Use Uber
