Useless going to delete app every time it says there is one 10-15 mins away I wait for it to connect with driver which takes about 5 mins then it’s says no taxi available at this time complete waste of time

I would give no star....got taxi from lifestyle sports limerick to caherdavin €8.80 Was charged before we got to the traffic lights when questioned he told me it was the rate.fare ended up at 24 when we got to caherdavin total rip off

I would not recommend this taxi service too anybody a shower of robbers. €20 from the city of limerick too the country club on the old cratloe road my family were in a taxi behind us and their driver wanted €25.60 but they complained too him and he said ok give Me €15. Disgusted too say the least for that horrible service our taxi drivers are offering in that joke of an service my taxi.ie. never ever again will I use that kip of a service and would not recommend it too anybody. .SHAME ON THEM .

Unacceptable service I had to cancel my card and I don't feel safe with them anymore. A taxi driver called James Gayson didn't perform the service and charged me 12 Euro so I will open a charge back. I told him where to stop and he only slided down the road without giving me any single second to even cross the road. He didn't call me and I had to call him and he was too far so I hung up because I don't have time to lose with a rude driver and he charged me money he is NOT owed. Customer Service has yet to contact me. If I am not refunded I will open a charge back and from now on I pay cash only. It's often impossible to get drivers available in Dublin.Unacceptable and unreliable service.

Since they've now started conning customers, I won't be using them anymore. I was enjoying using myTaxi and it was my go-to choice of taxi service, till they started scamming customers by letting them upload discount codes, apply them to a journey, but then claim the code has expired and charge me the full cost of the journey. The code expires in 2020 and the fare estimate calculated the cost of the journey discounting the £10 code (I have screenshots of this). Mytaxi have refused to refund me saying it's an error and they appreciate it must be 'frustrating'. It's actually dishonest and disgusting they are tricking customers in this way!

I pre booked 4 days in advance for a 7:20am pickup for me and 3 other people, checked the night before and the message said the taxi would be with me at 7:20. At 7:20, the message changed to no taxis available. So frustrating as no other taxis around with the marathon on, I will never use the pre book again

Don't book a taxi using My Taxi App. It shows an estimate like UBER does but the drivers will scam you for almost double the estimate by starting the meter well before picking you up.

Waste of time. Installed 3 times since Hailo ( which was great by the way) Have NEVER managed to get a cab with this app. Installed alternative taxi app recently at same time as last install of this app, and found alternative was successful, and this (again!!!), couldn't find me a driver. Rubbish, and uninstalled AGAIN!!

Update: We used successfully in Rome and it was a good experience so in fairness I've upped from a 1 star review as it may not work in Naples but its good in Rome.

Sept 2018 : Tried to use in Naples stated 8 euro to station 13 mins for taxi. 35 mins later still showed ordering taxi. Ended up hailing taxi fixed price 20 euros. Don't bother pointless piece of junk.

We prebooked Mytaxi on Saturday evening to Sundays early morning- 4.50 (Dublin county to airport).
We waited 25minutes and after that time, called taxi driver and said that he can't come to us because they don't have free cars. So we had to think something. I will never ever recommend My taxi service. Awful attidude. Don't use My taxi app because no point to use that - even you prebook your taxi drive and driver accepts your journey it doesn't mean that you will get that. So I suggest only bus or something else except MYTAXI!

Too expensive. I usually pay £25 to get from the airport but mytaxi charged me £42 (late at night) and £37 (with traffic around 4pm) for the same trip...

Quoted £13 for a journey that should be £3 - 4 maximum

Would give zero stars if I could - booked taxi on line to pick my family up from a wedding. Chat box popped up offering a discount code, discount was more expensive than original price booked - with email confirmation - so company suddenly didn't have a driver available and cancelled our booking

Awful customer service - unable to fix problems when they go wrong, only interested in taking your money.

Much better taxi apps out there and cheaper.

Our taxi took us half way due to road closures. We accepted this. Taxi was €6. I was charged €10 and only realised later.
I complained to mytaxi and I received an email telling me to calculate my fare on transport for Ireland.

So nothing was sorted. Disappointed. They need to sort this kind of thing out. Not sure I’ll be using them or recommending them again.

Shared a MYTAXI last Saturday with friend, she was charged €38 on her account dropped her first, then I was charged €38 cash also, as I didn't know that she was already charged but Driver knew. So driver was paid twice. Currently trying to get money back but even making contact with them is difficult, only available through email with automated response. Can find a phone number.

Ripped off by driver charging us €38 instead of the set €30 to the airport.

Shocking "tourist tax"

Rome /Italy:We came on Wednesday 8th of August around 17:00 from Termini to Hotel Romanico Palace with Guido Bassi Ford Focus EF 991 HX. The App said 4-5€. He charged us 9,80. I got just an email that they are sorry.
On Aug. 11th. We took again my taxi. The price in app said 6 to 7€. The driver was Alessandro Berardi. Fiat 500 L. FG 110.
We were at hotel’s door. I saw another couple jumping in our Taxi and he’s gone. I called him as I had his telephone number copied fast in my mobile. He didn’t answer. I called again and talked to an answering machine and said that I know exactly the name of driver and the plaque number. Then I called again. He answered and I said that was our taxi and I saw in the app that the driver canceled our contract. So then he kicked the other couple out of Taxi and came back. At the end of the trip he charged us instead of 6-7 Euros 12€.
So my recommendation: never use my Taxi. I had the worst experiences with Taxi in my life with this App.

Honestly the worst experience as no taxis would bother to come and collect me as I'm 10 mins from swords...
The drivers will ignore my flag down so it proves they don't give a danm about the customer and money so what's the point?....
rather drive than taxi nowadays....

This company used to have trustworthy drivers but this is no longer the case at all. My last two attempts to book taxis to and from Heathrow to central London were a complete failure. On both attempts, I had a confirmed driver and had to wait for over 10min before the driver(s)) cancelled the booking. My suspicion is that they find more lucrative jobs as they make you wait and then they cancel on you. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
