I used MyUKpost for 9 years while working overseas. I always found them to be professional and trust worthy. Communications were always brilliant. Extra requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The customer service was consistently beyond satisfactory. Melissa and the team really made the experience very smooth and the service easy to use. I have only stopped using the service due to a change in circumstances but would recommend it to anyone.

I would just like to thank Nick & his team for providing a top rate service. Always professional, approachable and very helpful. I would certainly recommend My U.K. post they always deliver.

Been using My UK Post for the last couple of years for my business and personal post. Literally can’t thank the team enough.

Without this service through lockdown I’d have missed some important items as well as moving home and business premises it’s been a life saver. Just wanted to genuinely say thank you to Nick and his team.

Asked to cancel my subscription. No answer after many days. Sounds a bit sketchy.
If they don't answer in the next business days, will chargeback any next transaction.
EDIT: Chargeback on the way as the company ignore all of my emails.

I can highly recommend Myukpost. I originally took a subscription with them as I was concerned about not being able to maintain my bank account in the UK, as I am now resident in Spain. That is not a problem any longer. I did, however, also use Myukpost on numerous occasions to send items ordered from UK websites (such as Amazon and others) and they shipped to me in Spain. I cannot fault the response time, the communication, and the follow up, as well as the excellent value. A great company - I wish you well.

Great service, I never experienced any problems, was a sad moment closing the account. I will definitely make use of PostUK in future should the need arise again.

Website is a bit clunky, but works well enough. I never really needed to use the website though, as all the post comes to my email.

I would have lowered my rating because I couldn’t find any way to discontinue my subscription on the website (it might exist, but o couldn’t find it), but I got a response within 30 minutes of asking over email, so no worries.

I did not physically forward any letters or parcels.

It’s a little disconcerting that the office answering machine broadcasts a message saying , don’t leave a message as we don’t have time to check them . When I did get through I spoke to Nick Davenport who was very proud to point out that he is the owner of the business, I was a bit surprised by this , it has the feel of a one man band. Website is a bit clumsy but it processes your payment before it introduces you to the bit that doesn’t quite work . Nick tries hard , let’s see how it goes .
