I wish I could give myUKpost more stars! My case might be a little different: I live in Australia, my parents in the UK. Their capability to manage their post was clearly much diminished when I visited in 2015, with bills going unpaid etc. It was the first time in my life I’ve had to deal with debt collectors. I hit on the idea of a mail scanning service, but only myUKpost listened and responded to my needs. It was a very stressful time, and I am forever grateful.

With a Royal Mail redirection and myUKpost I could manage everything as long as I had access to the internet; my parents could rest easy knowing that their post was being taken care of.

I can’t speak highly enough of Melissa Todd in particular. I value myUKpost and Melissa well beyond a client-customer relationship. She became a trusted partner in caring for my parents from afar.

I do not hesitate in wholeheartedly recommending myUKpost.

It is not very often that i leave a review for a service that i have paid for but my experience with this company has compelled me to do so.
Having had my mail looked after by them for almost two years i can honestly say that the service that they have given me has been outstanding, way beyond what i expected.
The customer care that i was given was 1st class and on the few occasions that i did need to speak with them they were simply in another league by how helpful they were.
Melissa looked after my account and i ould not recommend her enough handling my sensitive postal mail, she is a credit to the company.
Professionalism - 10/10. Helpfulness - 10/10. Being Human - 10/10

Having lived and worked overseas in many places I have used a few mail forwarding company's over the years.
After being let down by my last one I moved to Myukpost and have never looked back. The office support from Melissa has been there from day one and when I moved to a place that's difficult on the political map she tracked our mail all the way and kept me informed.
I recently had another issue that was not easy to resolve but she worked tirelessly to help me with this and even arranged an out of hours pick up to assist me. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering using their service.

I started up a MyUKPost account when we relocated back to Australia in November. It's so difficult to know if you've caught all possible avenues for post and forwarding mail to Aus from the UK was going to cost a fortune and take forever to receive. Forwarding it to MyUKPost and having it scanned & emailed over was perfect. The team are fantastically friendly and accommodating and your post is emailed to you same-day every time. Couldn't fault it and would absolutely recommend it. The addresses they provide are also recognised by the banks and HMRC etc, which is handy as not all addresses are.

I have been using their service for about to a year now and their service has been nothing short of excellent. Melissa Todd always attends to my need anytime. she always responds to emails promptly. Not had a single problem or issue with them. Their service is also very affordable and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Living abroad, MyUKPost is a fantastic service on how to deal with your mail in the U.K. From the start, service was friendly and helpful, emails were always answered promptly by Nick and Melissa. Mail arrived quickly and securely each month (we used both the posting, and scan and email options). If we decide to live abroad again, we would definitely use MyUKPost. I'll miss the little email chats with Melissa!

These guys provide a fast and friendly service. Everything is so simple to setup and they were very accommodating regarding a specific arrangement I required.

Used myukpost for over a year to provide a 'single point' for postal mail to arrive while travelling and moving around. The service does exactly what it says on the tin and they forwarded thing (like non-post items the bank sent) on to requested addresses.
Would definitely recommend.

I decided to use a mail forwarding service, due to moving about the country a lot. I found Myukpost , read the reviews and decided to give this company a go. I am so glad I did, The customer service is second to none. Questions are always answered very promptly and polite at all times. Nothing is too much trouble and my mail forwarding was always handled the way I wanted it to be.
The lady that deals with the mail is a credit to the company. It was a delight to talk and deal with her. She makes the process work superbly, fast and efficient
You will not be disappointed with this company. If you need your mail handled, emailed and forwarded you will be hard pressed to find better.

I've been a customer just for a few months so I can't say much about the delivery service itself, since my postal traffic was virtually zero in that short period of time.

On the other hand I had some support requests regarding stuff like general advices, payments and so on and I have to say the staff is super friendly, helpful, patient and efficient.

Myukpost works with HMRC ravenue wearing very glory recommend this company to everyone !!!

I was location independent in the UK and then have spent the last year out of the UK.
Myukpost has been great for knowing that my email is delivered to a business I trust and immediately sent on to me. I've had no issues and can recommend them highly. I would certainly return to them should I need UK forwarding service in the future.

As an expat I love being able to read my post from home without changing my address, or waiting two weeks for international mail. My UK post is fast, reliable and trustworthy. Thanks!

I have been using myukpost for the last 9 months since relocating to Thailand.

During that time, I have been highly impressed with the professional and helpful service that Nick and Melissa provide. I regularly get my mail forwarded and scanned to me directly. When I first moved abroad I was really worried about how my post would be handled in my absence but myukpost completely removed that headache and made the process so easy.

I also love that I can still purchase items on ebay and have them delivered to me via myukpost within days.
