Does anyone know who the administrators are?

Took customers money, never supplied goods, always lied and the owners took customers and staff for a ride, shame on them...!

Placed my order with them in good faith on the 27th April for a new Fridge Freezer where they had the item I wanted in stock only to be told a week later it was now out of stock and there would be a delay. Fast forward to the 29th May where I was emailed to say they were closing the store and they were only available to be contacted on the 4th June. After trying to contact them multiple times they have now switched their phonelines off and are not replying to any emails. Absolutely appalling service and fraudulently taking peoples money and then not refunding them.

They have taken over 2 thousand pounds of my money and I have not received my refund they promised. They have now closed down

Think they may have gone into liquidation. We’ve been offered refund by 14th June so I’m hoping we will get it someone in store said they are still trading. Companies house may know what’s happening or try small claims court. I am putting my faith in them again and await the miracle for refund.

Waiting over 8 weeks for a refund of an item that was returned due to damage. No response to numerous emails and phone calls.
AVOID as they take your money and then ignore you.

Company seems to be in financial trouble. Ordered and fully paid for a freezer mid December 2023 (now end May 24). They never delivered. Asked for a replacement model several times, they never came back on it. Cancelled my order a month ago. I am still waiting for a refund. The company does not even seem to answer phone calls. They come up with all sorts of excuses for not sending the refund mostly short staffed in their accounting department. They are many options out there, not worth taking the risk.

Sam was really helpful and the prices I paid were better than curry’s - The service during the sale has been excellent, I would recommend this company to anyone considering a purchase. You’re in good hands ! Ask for Sam she will look after you 😀

Amazing service from Samantha at Nailsea electrical appliances. When there was an issue with Quooker providing to NE electrical the product we had purchased, which was delayed some what, Samanth's communication was superb. We were kept up to date and no question from order to collection was ever an issue. The honesty Samantha demonstrated with delay issues highlighted to me, why I would always go back to NE appliances to purchase goods as it would have been all too easy not to have been honest and up front.
All staff we interacted with on collection were friendly, chatty and helpful. I can't recommend NE electrical more highly and we drive over an hour to get there.

Salesman Adrian Probert was most welcoming and helpful. Answered all my questions patiently. I have never found and bought an appliance so quickly before. And delivered within 2 days 😀. Great job NE Appliances 👏👏

Bought an ex display model, Ruby was very attentive on chat, appliance delivered in very good condition, all very helpful.

Having ordered a washing machine for quick delivery I was contacted by Claire to say that they had discovered before delivery that the model I had chosen had been damaged in transit to them. Claire telephoned me with the offer of a similar device to ensure the integrity of the delivery date. That is what I call a high level of service, which is not always in evidence these days. Many thanks indeed.

Adrian contacted me straight away and was so helpful as one of the products were out of stock he sorted it all out and ensured good communication throughout. We will be using again fab service

Our experience from the moment we first stepped through the door at NE Appliances right through until the fitters left our home was excellent, really impressed with the knowledge and experience of the staff especially post sale- special mention to Sam & Giles!

Lots of choice, friendly but not pushy sales people who are very knowledgeable about products. Delivery was quick.

Giles was extremely helpful in every aspect of the ordering process. He gave extremely competitive pricing, happily price matching if NE weren't already less expensive. He also facilitated delivery of the appliances when we needed them, which was a few months after purchase. He gave super helpful advice on comparisons of different appliance specs which prevented ordering something we didn't need. All round, super happy and relieved we didn't just order online via one of the more obvious websites. Thank you!

Order made over the phone on the afternoon of 6th Feb and by 11am the next day my new washing machine was installed and the old one taken away, brilliant service.
