NE Appliances 

After confusion regarding availability and delivery which was soon sorted by the sales department, we purchased a Montpellier integrated washing machine. My husband plumbed it in but we could not install our kitchen integrated door as the proforma and instructions were missing from the installation pack. The sales department were great they sent out their best fitter/installer the very next day and he fitted the door in no time at all. What great service from a great company. This was a few weeks ago and I wanted to use the machine for a while before posting my review. The machine is brilliant great spin speed so garments are easily dried, a selection of 3 short programmes which I use most of the time, this really saves time and cost and the clothes are clean and fresh. All-in-all a great product from a highly recommended company.

Used NE several times before and been happy with them. Always try to shop local. But, I feel compelled to review... If I order a product which is stated to be in stock, select a date for delivery, I expect it to be delivered that day.

Turns out you wait several weeks because THEY don't have it in stock.
Be honest. If you don't have it, don't say you do.
And then the comms was quite dismissive and arrogant.

Visited the Hengrove store today to purchase a budget washing machine for my workshop . I was greeted by Charlotte , she was super friendly , knowledgeable and sorted me out within minutes. A credit to the store ! Thank you

Bought new fridge freezer from NE and paid extra for installation. Floor got damaged by the installers and I was told they would compensate me. Fridge turned out to be faulty and was replaced in good time but floor damaged yet again. After two months silence they clearly are not prepared to make good damahe or offer any compensation.

I purchased a Bosch dryer at a very good price. The next day I got a call saying there was an error on the website and despite already having paid they would not honour the price and I either had to take a refund or pay an extra £150 to receive my product. They would not honour the paid price as their T&C's allows them to change pricing if there is an 'error'. I am now back to looking for a dryer with barely an apology. Will never use them again

I needed a replacement oven and got through to Sam who was super helpful and knowledgeable. She organised a delivery the following day. Greg and Shane delivered the oven and took great trouble to install it which was quite tricky due to the back of the oven being slightly different shape from my old machine. They were courteous and expert at their job. Thank you, Sam, Greg and Shane. I highly recommend ne appliances.

Poor poor poor poor poor. I am fuming I ordered an air fryer 6 weeks ago. Now I know they are in extremely high demand but first of all I was given a date then told early December then told I probably won't get one at all. If I would have had an email or some sort of communication about time frames then I would have accepted it a little more. We filed a complaint to this company about the awful service we have received and it has been completely ignored. Customer service gave me an apparent head office email address to discuss the matter with but they were clearly lying, again. I would not recommended this company at all.

Really bad experience after waiting for a delivery that I booked over a month ago. I bought Neff Extractor Hood from this company over a month in advance of my Kitchen Install, and it was on a reduced price - money was successfully deducted from my account immediately via PayPal. After 5 days past the delivery date I called them asking from item and was told that one of their director was supposed to call me by now and explain the reasons; however, no one called me. I was then told that PayPal seems to have blocked payment to this company suspecting a fraudulent transaction so basically they haven’t received payment from me.

I then called PayPal and asked them, PayPal confirmed that there were no issues with transaction both at my end and neither they had withheld the payment from merchant. I then raised a dispute with PayPal for non-delivery of item and asked to intervene. I also asked this company to refund me ASAP.

I got the refund; however, their claim that they hadn’t received money from PayPal seems weak as how did they issue a refund when they hadn’t received payment?

They left me in a situation 2 days before my kitchen install where I don’t have an extractor hood now.

Be careful of this company as their communications are zero to none and I suspect they just didn’t want to deliver the item as it’s gone back to full price. Will never buy from them again.

i have read the recent negative reviews and feel i have to report this was not my experience. Sam and the team where helpful from beginning to end and could not have been better even when the product didn't fit and the refund was immediate with no fuss.
Nice touch to have a call on the day of delivery , so no sitting around waiting for me! PS the prices are as good as they seam after much research Stay local for all the usual boring reasons.

Sales team was excellent (Sam). Quick service and fast delivery. The delivery men (Terry and Andy) excellent and polite nothing was to much trouble. will be using NE Appliances in future without a doubt.

Ordered a washing machine which was supposed to arrive yesterday. Waited in all day but nothing came. Have now spent all morning trying to contact Customer Services which only has a recorded message on asking for a contact number so they can call you back.
Definitely would not recommend this company the only thing they did promptly was take my money!!

While it was rather a disappointment that originally one of the appliances delivered was incorrect and the delivery people had rushed off before we could let them know, the service we had from the young lady we spoke to was excellent. Both she and her manager went to great pains to bring a solution we are very happy with. The second delivery people were very helpful and took time to make sure everything was satisfactory. We are well satisfied with the service we ultimately had.

I ordered fridge freezer, which supposed to be a brand new one, but when it delivered, there is no box nor styrofoam. instead, bubble wrapped.

Back of the fridge freezer damaged: Plastic cap broken, bottom scratched- as the deliverer dragged on to concrete flooring, foam on the back torned. Side of the fridge has 2 dents with 1 in front. Plus top of the fridge door scratched badly too.

I don't have any faith this company selling new products to customer. What I bought either returned product re-wrapped with bubble wrap or refurbed which advertised as new one.

I am utterly dissapointed and upset as I choose this company as local company. I would not recommend using them at all. So sad and annoyed.

I just contacted customer service and left voice mail. I will see what is coming next and update accordingly here.

I would always prefer to shop locally when I can and NE Appliances make this a no-brainer.

In the last year I’ve had to replace my dishwasher and washing machine. Siemens are by no means cheap but the price match promise meant I got the best price possible.

Staff are professional, friendly and super helpful and the fitters (TERRY and CURTIS) did a very complicated integrated fit with great skill, care and attention (not a scratch anywhere!) and with such good humour given how tricky it was. It had to be adjusted a few days afterwards to get the balance right, and once again TERRY and CURTIS were the ones to turn up and in 10 minutes resolve the issue. No fuss.

Excellent service from start to finish very friendly staff
Kept well informed for delivery and fitting, delivered on time by very friendly installers and fitters. Will deffo use again.

I bought an under counter freezer from NE only to find out that I'd hit the wrong button and bought a fridge instead! However NE were super cool, they listened to what I wanted suggested a couple and then swapped payment over to the Freezer with no bother. The freezer arrived promptly with plenty of notice and driver update. I'd buy from them again without fail.

Awful customer service!! I’m absolutely appalled by the fact that all my numerous emails, filled in forms on their website, phone calls and voicemail messages about a damaged cooker that was delivered one week ago were completely ignored by NE Appliances. If within the next 3 business days I don’t receive a written confirmation of their decision to either promptly replace the damaged cooker or refund it, I will start legal action against this company.

I was first of all looking for a washing machine for my new home and after searching on many websites for what I was after and checking reviews, I decided to just search for that model and NE Appliances came up in the tope results. I was able to purchase and book a delivery slot through the website which was really helpful.
To my delight a lovely lady called Othelia called me to offer a sooner delivery slot as the drivers would be in my area then, but I explained I was just waiting to move in. But I really did appreciate her going that extra mile.
The guys who delivered the washing machine called me first thing to let me know their eta as they were driving form Bristol to Birmingham, which I thought was a nice touch as it was an all day delivery slot I'd booked was all day. When they arrived, they couldn't have been more helpful. I was installing the machine myself so they gave me some tips, like spraying some cleaning product on the floor to help it slide into place better. Othelia thinks one of the guys was Adam , but thank you both.
Because of the amazing service I received I decided that the only place I wanted to buy a dishwasher from was NE, which I have now done and it was delivered this morning by John & Shane.
I did pay for installation this time, but I made a booboo as hadn't thought that I needed water supply for them to fit so should have got that done before by a plumber! They were very polite to be about my blonde moment and said straight away to call Othelia to arrange a refund of the installation fee, which I did and there was absolutely no quibble!

NE Appliance was terrific! I called to ensure the product we wanted was actually in stock and ordered it straight away. It was delivered as expected by very courteous handlers.

As with all appliance dealers we call first to ensure products are in stock as websites can understandably be not current.
