Delivery was not on time
The website was good. Prices are good. Completely failed on DELIVERY like all companies. Usual moans from delivery men that they had too many deliveries and too far to travel. Was told Monday. Then Monday morning told 3pm - 5pm . At 4.45pm told another half hour. I told them at 8am I had to be in work at 5pm. I don't want to know how difficult it was to carry an American fridge for another customer. You have messed up my day. I love Internet shopping but 95 per cent of the time the delivery is pathetic. The company should allow more time for deliveries. The delivery man said times are estimates. Fair enough. But if you cannot make a 2 hour window you might as well say anytime. And the drivers told me that 2 deliveries to Cardiff were told am deliveries and had them in the afternoon. I had someone to carry my item upstairs until 5 so they left. Its now where they dropped it on the garage waiting for me to find someone else to help. And I was late for work. So annoying. Why don't you companies wake up and realise that no matter how good the website and prices are your deliveries let everyone down. And that's the last impression.
