NE Appliances 

Really pleased with the excellent service we had from NE Appliances. We sourced the extractor and fridge freezer through them, delivery coincided with kitchen delivery, and they priced matched so we got a fabulous deal.

We have always had great experiences with NE appliances and today was no exception. Claire was patient and offered detailed and skilled advice on replacement options for our damaged induction hob. When she didn’t know the answer she checked with a colleague and came back with an immediate answer. She offered a prompt solution and was able to provide an appointment to fit the new hob in a few days time. It is always a pleasure to deal with NE appliances and their team.

We went to the NE showroom last Saturday looking for a 50/50 integrated fridge-freezer. Ruby kindly guided us in the process of selecting one, providing advice on manufacturers price, quality and -importantly for our case!- geometry. 10/10

As usual NE Appliances came up trumps with the exact oven we wanted. Adrian was brilliant in answering all of our questions and went the extra mile with advice and technical knowledge ,well done Adrian and the NE team.

Just went out as they say to window shop for a new cooker.
Walked into NE appliances to a warm welcome by a very young looking assistant who was named Ruby Blackmore, very polite and welcoming.
Explained we were just looking and keeping our options open.
After a brief description of we were looking for, Ruby took us to a Cannon from Hotpoint.
It was exactly what we were looking for and bought it there and then.
Well Done Ruby not only did you listen to us but gave us exactly the right one for us first time.

Got through to a very knowledgeable guy called Giles Pushman in customer service - he really knew his stuff!!
I’m waiting for delivery next week and know I’ve been given the best possible purchase advice on a dishwasher brand I didn’t know and customers love.
I buy all my white goods from NE Appliances Bristol. A competent and friendly company and the delivery guys are always so kind and helpful too - nothing fazes them. Thank you everyone

Good communication throughout the process of choosing a fridge freezer. I dealt with Samantha Rides throughout who was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries I may have had. Would use NE Appliances again.

AWFUL COMPANY AVOID, ordered and paid for a dishwasher for delivery within 7 days, waited for the delivery date and called to check if it was coming, item wasn't in stock apparently despite it still showing as in stock when I checked the website whilst on the phone to them, offered me an alternative model if I was willing to pay £150 more, asked for a refund which apparently only the MD can authorise and he was in a meeting, definitely go elsewhere, now waiting 4-5 days for the refund

Unfortunately I had to click one star to be able to write this review but I wouldn't give them a star. I needed a cooker and the only one they could get me within the week was a Smeg. Very expensive but I was assured I would have it Friday or Saturday the following week. The sales man would ring on Tuesday to confirm the delivery date. So we paid in full. On the Tuesday at 5:15pm no call so I called them to be told the sales man had gone home on a family emergency he would call me the next day. Wednesday 5:15 pm no call so I called again. He categorically deigned saying I could have the cooker within the week and he had called Smeg but hadn't had a reply re the delivery. I was very annoyed and made even worse when the salesman called me a 'liar'. I didn't get my cooker within the week but they did lend me one for a few days. I was also sold it with 5 year parts and labour guarantee. But the receipt and Smeg website only says 2 years. I called them today and have just received and e-mail confirming NE Appliances are covering the extra 3 years after the Smeg one runs out. The man on the phone did admit he had never know them do this before. My advise is don't go there avoid them in every way.....
