I've bought a chair from this company 3 years ago. I recently just bought a bigger, customized chair and I couldn't of done it without the amazing customer service by Taylor. My older chair is still immaculate but I wanted to get a bigger chair. Taylor helped me throughout all my complications. I'm truly grateful for a company that not only provides great product but even greater customer service.

I initially ordered what I thought would be the perfect chair. After receiving it and trying it out for a week, I found that it wasn’t quite as perfect as I thought. After a quick email submission to the support team, Taylor responded promptly and was able to suggest what she thought would be a better fit based on the description of what I was looking for. I ordered the one she suggested and it turns out she was spot on. The Classic Office turned out to be the perfect chair for me. She also sent me a return label free of charge to send the old chair back for a full refund. I know where I will be shopping for any chair needs in the future and I know who I will be recommending to anyone I know as well. Top notch Customer Service!!

Somehow my right armrest had a little rip in it from shipping. Not A big deal but the chair is very expensive (because of great quality) so I wanted the arm rest replaced even if I had to pay for it. I emailed customer service and, within 2-3 minutes a REAL person replied to me. The agent replied to me with a shipping confirmation of a replacement arm rest overnighted no other questions asked. There were two emails exchanged one from me and one from them. I had my replacement armrest in less than 18 hours of my email sent to them.
Since I sent them pictures, and provided the order number in the original email this streamlined the process. It was an amazing experience. Not to mention what company sends out the invoice laminated with hole punches in it so you can store it in your records. I highly recommend this company for quality chairs and AMAZING customer service! Other companies should take notes from them.. Extremely pleased :)

Maxnomic / NEEDforSEAT is absurdly good. The quality of support is unlike anything I've ever revived from similar companies.

I purchased a chair from DXRacer and received AWFUL support for a product with poorly advertised features. When I presented to DXRacer the video published on their own website showing that the feature was miss represented they removed the video and refused to communicate with me again. I then contacted NEEDforSEAT to purchase a second chair while trying to remedy the issue with the first from DXRacer and NEEDforSEAT decided to take it upon themselves to solve my issues by sending me MULTIPLE replacement parts till my issue with their rival company's chair was resolved. I still have yet to ever get a response from DXRacer.

Today I'm happy to say that I have purchased a second chair from NEEDforSEAT / Maxnomic and to commemorate my love for this company I got a custom embroider that states, "DXRACER SUX".

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER consider another company when looking at top tier gaming chairs!

I should have been suspicious when I saw tons of 5 star reviews by 1 fresh accounts. Paid $500 for a chair where the screws can't even fit in. I have contacted customer support and still waiting to hear back after 3 days... Going to be returning this.

I have done a lot of shopping around for a high quality gaming chair, something my wife and I can sit in for hours on end and still stay comfy. After a lot of searches and research I finally found Need for Seat/Maxnomic. The customer service I received was perfect, they never tried to sell me anything, never gave me canned answers or responses. They treated me like a normal person and listened to my questions and just answered them. After my research I finally bought two chairs. I must say the quality of the chairs seems to be top notch. I love the fact that it is an all metal design/frame and not wood or plastic like a lot of them out there. The customer service alone will keep me with this company for years to come. Thank you for the great product and great service, keep it up.

Personally, the chair did not end up working for me. I tried two different models and I couldn't find something that fit my strange body type well enough.

Regardless of that issue, NeedforSeat was entirely understanding and they worked with me a great deal to make sure I was happy. Their customer support has been amazing, and based on that alone I would highly recommend them.

I didn't end up going with the chair, but the customer support was amazing and helped me out any time I needed them.

I was a little worried when I contacted need for seats customer service through the web. My seat broke maybe 15 minutes ago when I leaned back I heard a pop and it seem like one of the bolts broke on my seat. Sure enough I contacted need for seat to find out that I don’t have any warranty left on this product. However Taylor definitely helped me through this situation. They guided me through the steps on how to remove the bolts from the chair and sent free replacement parts for my chair. I definitely appreciate all there help ! By far the best chair I have ever gotten. After several years of use, its still as good as they day I bought it. This is with continous use every day for 4+ hours at a time. Takes a little getting used to the firmnesss at first, but ssssoooooooo worth it for the durability, and comfort.

I love my chair, its so comfortable and versatile. Also the customer support is amazing. I spoke with Taylor on the phone and she went head and shoulders above anything I could ever ask for out of a service representative. Thank you so much NeedForSeatUSA. Also Thank you Taylor for being awesome!

It was between this chair and one from another well known gaming chair vendor. The internal lumbar support is what tipped the balance. Talor from customer service was excellent at answering all of my questions not answered by research. I can't wait to get this chair! I've been wanting one for a couple of years now.

Haven't bought a chair yet- am waitng until Black Friday, will update a review when I do. However, this is my first time looking at gaming chairs so naturally I had a LOT of questions. I chatted with Taylor and she was not professional and polite, she was extremely knowledgable and even provided pictures to help me understand what I was getting into.

100% would recommend looking at Maxnomic first and I look forward to getting a chair!

I contacted NEEDforSEAT to order replacement arm rests for my Maxnomic gaming chair under warranty. Not only did they have it to me ASAP and without any issues, but dealing with Taylor Joos at their customer service desk was terrific. Taylor made sure my warranty claim went through quickly and smoothly. My experience in dealing with NEEDforSEAT was first rate and for that I rate them 5 stars.

Was provided with excellent warranty service by Taylor. 100% satisfied and will definitely do business with these guys again. Great seat!

Service is amazing unlike Secretlabs, which has zero service or customer support. you go back and forth with email every 24 hours with them. Theyre horrible, and if u want to return secretlabs chair it will cost you $150-$200 to return it. what a joke. Maxnomic is the real deal, they dont treat unsatisfied customers like crap.

This chair is amazing, fast shipping and great packing. One of the most comfortable and definitely the most sturdy chair I have ever sat in. The chair fits me perfectly, I have neck problems and this chair helps it because it almost forces you to have good posture and supports all parts of your body, from adjustable lumbar to a neck pillow, its got everything you have ever wanted. Would recommend 10/10.

So I had contacted through live chat one time to ask a question about a product and I didn't get a real good answer basically just saying no, but a bit later I messaged again and this time had gotten Blaine helping me and this is simply the best customer service experience that I believe I have had in my life. Based on the same question, he gave me about a 3 paragraph response explaining the reasoning why I couldn't get what I want and the reasons why. But then I read it and was very appreciative of his response and I completely understood but I couldn't respond at the time because I was doing something at work. But then around 20 minutes later he sent me a message following up his previous response saying that he contacted the owner, and they had come to a resolution to help me out and I was able to purchase the item that I wanted, so I will keep this in mind for a long time and I would recommend them to anyone else because they are just simply amazing.

My experience with Maxnomic was surprisingly amazing! I was slightly skeptical when I placed my order. The package arrived in less than 5 days. It was packaged extremely well. The chair is by far the most comfortable thing I’ve sat in outside of a sports car.

I had a slight issue with the arms, the pads were a little loose. (it didn’t bother me in the slightest) I contacted them for advice on a project I was doing to make HOTAS mounts. I was only looking for advice for my direction I was going in and told them what was going on. They sent me a complete new set of arms free of charge that same day. I didn’t even ask for this! In my experience with online purchases The communication customer support was fantastic! I can’t tell you how many time I’ve bought something and had way more serious issues and got no one on the other end to even acknowledge my existence. This was a breath of fresh air to me. You guys made a firm believer out of me, and I can tell you from now on all my office chair needs in my home or business will be met by the team at Need for Seat.

I am redoing my studio with new desk, monitors, computers...almost everything after my recent battle with cancer. I decided I should upgrade my office chair as well. I ordered the chair but FedEx delivered the chair to the wrong address and just accepted some name that clearly was NOT mine as a signature. I called FedEx and spoke to their customer service and then to their investigation department. I did not hear anything else beyond that. I called NEEDforSEAT and spoke to Taylor who said she would personally follow up with FedEx and figure out what the heck happened. Within the next 2-3 hours FedEx showed up at my door with my chair and apologized for the confusion (I still haven't heard from FedEx's investigation department for any kind of follow up). Taylor took excellent care of me and the chair is amazing. Between the quality of the chair and the excellent customer service I received, my wife has ordered a Maxnomic chair of her own. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Taylor!
