Great product and well worth the price, the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because the spring in the back of the chair is a little loud when laying back. It isn't too noticeable though, especially for how loud I play my music/games.

Chair is Amazing, head pillow seems busted after a couple weeks but the chair itself is the greatest thing ever and well worth the cost.

I've owned my Maxnomic Classic Pro for just over 2 years now with heavy daily use. With occasional maintenance the chair operates and holds up marvelously. Having to sit for long periods throughout the day as a full time student this chair makes it bearable with its adjustability and form factor. Since upgrading to this Maxnomic chair I have had almost no lower back issues that were more frequent with previous box store chairs. At the current rate of degradation of the chair I can see getting at least 8 years out of this chair which more than makes up for the high price of an office chair.

This company and these chairs are fantastic. I feel like this chair will last me many years to come. Be sure to look at all aspects of the chairs because they have many models and the difference can be very important to your selection. They have quite a detailed layout and diagram of each chair at every angle. I spent a lot of time trying to choose my chair. I chose a model that set higher than I expected. I called customer service and within a week I had the correct piston to shorten the chair for me at no additional cost. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. I recommend this company and these chairs to anybody looking for a good gaming chair or simply a comfortable office chair that will last a long time. I spent close to $500 on my chair and I feel every penny was well worth it!

My chair did not come with a lumbar pillow, plus my chair did not come with all of the parts and I had to contact customer support. Still have not gotten the pillow.

The foam of both chairs I bought wore out with in a year and a half. Ended up with a uncomfortable metal bar to sit on instead of a nice cushion.

The service was great and It took a few days to arrive but the chair is so hard and that hurts a little, you can say that at the description or chance the material. Anyway, i'm Happy with my new chair, justo need some time to adapt

Just moved to Ohio, was able to visit the showroom with almost no notice and picked up a chair that day. Gabrielle was very helpful.

Tried to get my chair replaced within the warranty, I was told it would happen as long as I sent pictures;
I sent pictures as well as a video detailing why the chair wasn't working and what was wrong with it.
I got no response from customer service until I opened another ticket, they told me to e-mail them about the piece that was broken and I e-mailed again and got nothing in return just the same

I had very good interaction with NEEDforSEAT, and the chair is very high quality, however the size of the seat (the smallest one available at my time of purchase) is still too large for me (5'6" male). I need to use a foot rest or else my legs don't quite reach the ground, and the arm rests/bottom seat cushion are too far apart/wide for my arms to sit comfortably.

Fabric tore and got very dirty after heavy use. Price is also a bit high. But it's the best chair I've ever had. I'll have to buy a replacement soon.

Bought this chair it's pretty meh. Broke and won't go in the locked position.

The NeedforSeat Chair is so comfortable. Customer support is friendly and professional
