Very slick process from start to finish, Tony was my inspector and he was brilliant and very thorough and answered any questions I had as he went along. I would recommend this company!

We had Johnny from New Home Quality Control out to do snag. Really nice guy explained everything very well and nothing was an issue happy to answer any questions even after the snag. 115 issues found in house, just shows you why you should get one of these done worth every penny: would recommend using this company to anyone. Brilliant service.

Honestly, I had Helen as my inspector and she was great, really pleasant to talk to and told me about everything she was completing in the inspection. Helen completed her work in around 3 hours and did everything I could’ve asked. I sent the report over to the builders and there actual comment was that it is a ‘fair list’ and would get to work on all of the issues she had found and didn’t try and argue with any of the issues Helen found at all.

If you have a new build I would definitely recommend it and if you end up with Helen as your inspector you’ve got a gem!

Very easy to arrange, attentive staff arranging the inspection directly with the site on my behalf. Snagging report itself showed a really high attention to detail, to be honest I wouldn't have noticed many of those snags myself, so I was very appreciative to have them listed in the way that they were, with a detailed report. I would absolutely recommend.

Troy from New Home Quality Control was very informative and thorough. Everything they promised they would do, they did. Report came through within 24 hours and I was dreading receiving it but it's user friendly with pictures and comments alongside.

Highly recommend new home quality control. Stefan was friendly professional and knowledgeable in explaining his findings. The inspection was well worth having both for peace of mind and to ensure the house is finished to the correct standard. Had the pleasure of meeting Glen who inspected my new build property on the 29th June.
He was extremely thorough in his inspection as well as talking me through any significant issues he'd found.
Due to uncontrollable circumstances, he arrived 2.5h later than expected, so would be prudent to book out the entire day for the inspection.
Only improvement I'd like would have been to be sent a paper copy of the report as is required by the housing developers to correct any issues.

Paul was absolutely fantastic, on time and just got on with it. He’s found so many things we wouldn’t hadn’t even noticed. So worth the money & he was very easy to talk, such a great down to earth guy and and explained everything in detail. The report is brilliant & we can give this straight to the developer now. We had Johnny attend our property on Sunday who was great, very friendly and informative with various issues around our new build home. We’re very happy with the quality of the documentation provided and the level of detail that has been taken with photos etc that we never would have noticed!

Compared to other companies, they offered the best availability, making it easy to arrange an appointment at short notice. The report was professionally presented, clearly laid out, and ready to be sent directly to the developer.

We came across New Home Quality Control from TikTok! I knew way before our completion date I wanted this company, and they didn't let me down. Fantastic, prompt, organised and friendly. Rhys was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had our best interests at heart. Couldn't say one bad things about this service, and would highly recommend to anybody wishing to get a snagging report done on their new home.

Tony came to carry out my post completion snagging inspection for my new build property. As I am a solo purchaser I wanted to be aware of any issues that I may need to report to the developer. Thankfully there weren’t any major issues, but Tony was very thorough, and reassuring. I would highly recommend this company and Tony.
