I transferred money to NEXO, but they just held it. It said I could withdraw it after 24 hours — okay, I waited. Then, when I tried to withdraw it, they simply froze it. What should I do now? Some support agent named Jordan L is a very rude person. I’m starting to lose my trust in crypto because of companies like NEXO. Please don’t use it! They just lie. Good financial decision , great experience
I was sceptical at first so took it slow.
In app customer service were a great help, getting past the ai chat bot was bit annoying . The app fairly well designed once i got use to it was easier.
The term deposits are one of the best I found for xrp and other coins. Got my first payout and reinvested it now. I guess my only regret is that i didnt know about this at the start of the year. Interest wise is better than others for a minimal investment i did my homework.
Security is also comprehensive, easy to track for taxes too. Thats about it.

I made a serious mistake by sending an unsupported token (USDC.e on Polygon) to my Nexo deposit address. I feared the funds were lost, as many platforms refuse to help with this.
