worst experience of my life

I WANT TO TELL YOU THE FULL SCENE WHAT IS GOING WITH ME.MY NAME IS PRAKHAR SHARMA AND I WAS A USER OF NEXO APPLICATION BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED SOME DAYS BEFORE.ON 7 NOVEMBER 2025 MY EMPLOYEE MADE 5500 USD TRANSFER FROM HIS ICICI BANK ACCOUNT INTO MY ZENUS BANK ACCOUNT WHICH WAS GIVEN BY NEXO PLATFORM.AFTER THAT TRANSFER SOME MORE PERSONS MADE AMOUNT TRANSFER FROM THEIR TO MY ZENUS BANK ACCOUNT. NEXO TEAM ASKED THE DETAILS ABOUT ALL THIRD PARTY TRANSFER- SOURCE OF FUNDS AND MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM.I MAILED ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS WHICH WERE ASKED IN THE MAIL.BUT NEXO TEAM DIDN'T APPROVED THE THIRD PARTY TRANSFERS AND THEN TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT.IN THE THIRD PARTY TRANSFER THERE WAS ONE TRANSFER WHICH WAS DONE BY ASHWANI SHARMA AND WAS 5500 USDNEXO TEAM SAID THAT ASHWANI SHARMA'S TRANSFER WAS NOT ACCEPTED BY OUR BANK AND IT WAS REFUNDED IN THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT INSTITUTION.I SENT MANY MAILS REGARDING ASHWANI SHARMA'S PAYMENT BUT EVERY TIME THE TEAM SAID THAT THE PAYMENT WAS REFUNDED AND IT WOULD BE REFLECTED IN THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT INSTITUION BUT TILL NOW THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED.WHEN ASHWANI WENT TO BANK, BANK SAID IT DID NOT GET ANY AMOUNT FROM ANYBODY. THE BANK IS ASKING HIM ABOUT THE DETAILS OF TRANSFER OF AMOUNT FROM ZENUS BANK BUT WE DON'T HAVE DETAIL. SO PLEASE HELP US AND KINDLY PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF THE MONEY TRANSFER WHICH WAS REJECTED BY YOUR ZENUS BANK.
I want to add one more thing that the details which your team send me is the detail of self transfer of ashwani sharma in his ZENUS bank account provided by Nexo. This transaction was done by him on 17 Nov.
But I want details of 7 november.

Our records confirm that the refund was successfully sent, and the corresponding refund confirmation and MT confirmation were issued and shared. These documents support the tracing process on your bank’s side, and they remain the most direct way for your bank to locate and release the funds.

We will proceed with additional internal checks to assist from our side. At this stage, providing your bank with the refund confirmation and MT confirmation again will enable them to follow the transfer path and identify any holds or delays in their processing chain.

Title: Account Frozen for Over 2 Months…

Title: Account Frozen for Over 2 Months — No Response, No Explanation (Case ID 02199772)

Review:
My Nexo account was frozen without warning in September 2025, and I discovered the freeze only when trying to withdraw my own funds. Since then, I have fully complied with every request, completed their Source of Wealth/Funds Declaration Form, and submitted all supporting documents.

Despite this, Nexo has not provided:

any explanation for the restriction,
any timeline for review,
or any meaningful update — even after repeated follow-ups.

All of the funds in my account originate directly from my personal credit card, issued by a regulated bank in my name, making the source fully transparent and easy to verify.

My support case ID is 02199772, and the lack of response for more than two months is unacceptable for a regulated financial institution. I am now escalating the matter to the Bank of Lithuania.

I hope this review encourages Nexo to resolve the issue and improve its handling of customer funds and communication.

Great interest rates great service zero glitches

I’ve been with Nexo for well over two years now and the service has always been great, it’s very easy to access credit at low rates, and the interest paid out on deposits is paid daily and again at very good rates. I haven’t had a single red flag or blip in any services, zero downtime, nothing. Great experience so far, keep it up guys!

Best ever Platform so far

I would give it 6stars if there can be chosed. Firstly, I thought that the recovery is impossible and no solution with it and yet Nexo team able to provide their best solution in helping me recover back the USDT. Though there were charges but j am very satisfy with their expertise and service on their client. Really highly recommended Platform so far to me thats why i am transferring most of my crypto into Nexo Wallet. Hopefully Nexo could look into Malaysia by issuing the Nexo card as well that can be used in my country. Great platform, but BTC withdrawal fees are misleading and far above market

I’ve been a Nexo user for years and generally appreciate the platform, but I’m extremely disappointed with how Bitcoin withdrawal fees are handled, both the fees themselves and the lack of transparency around them.

I recently attempteed to withdraw 0.1 BTC, Nexo charged me a so-called “Network Fee” of 10,333 sats when the actual Bitcoin network fee was only 471 sats for a fast transaction.

This is not a “network fee.”
This is an internal Nexo fee disguised as a network fee, and calling it otherwise feels misleading. This ´Nexo fee´ is always FIXED, despite network fees being volatile and lately on a constant slope of decrease.

I raised this with support and received several generic responses that avoided the core issue. Instead of addressing the fee discrepancy, I was redirected to loyalty tiers and marketing messages. Even after providing screenshots and mempool data, I never received a clear explanation for why Nexo’s “network fee” is consistently far above the real blockchain fee and other market participants who charge 9x lower fees than Nexo.

To make things worse, the wording on Nexo’s help page claims that network fees depend on “asset volatility,” which is simply not true and shows a lack of technical accuracy.

I’m not asking for free withdrawals or special treatment. Just fair pricing and honest labeling.
If Nexo charges a service fee on withdrawals, they should clearly state it instead of presenting it as a blockchain fee.

This lack of transparency undermines what is otherwise a solid platform. I sincerely hope Nexo reviews this practice and aligns their BTC fees with industry standards. Until then, I will be reconsidering how much of my BTC I keep on Nexo.
