I can forgive long delivery time and extra fees abd taxes.
But when you pay 60 euro for 1lb of black walnuts and they are not cleaned properly, have very low quality and 1/3 of them are either cracked in a bad way or simply have cracks on them that make them dry and taste bad, then i cannot accept that.
I paid the same amount of money for 6lbs of black walnuts (6 times more walnuts!!) from a seller on ebay, no taxes or extra fees, they were fresh, bigger, very clean, tasted amazing and not even one was broken or cracked!
Such an incredible waste of money to shop here!

They have sent the wrong item
They have sent the wrong item, then for weeks trying to offer me a voucher instead of refund or the right item. Then refunding but partially and again offering voucher. Nonsense answers, showing they never cared for what I have written. Still I miss the rest of the refund because they say they cannot do it without me giving them my bank details. I wonder how they managed to make the first part of the refund.
