Fantastic customer service
The product is delicious and the customer service is beyond expectations. I have had problems with deliveries that were not the fault of Nio but they have resolved the issue immediately.

Great service
Nio have always been very good, the cocktails are very tasty. We recently had an incorrect order delivered to us and the customer service team were extremely polite and quick to rectify the situation and send us what had been missed off.

It didn’t arrive, I emailed them to say the delivery address was wrong, and then emailed them proof that int wasn’t delivered to me, and no reply.

2 out of 3 ok ish
The cocktails were great and well received. I ordered 3 sets at the same time, 2 arrived without drama and reasonably promptly, the third didn’t arrive for a further 2 weeks and the box was damaged. A shame. It’s kind of tarnished my experience and put me off any further orders.

Truly appalling customer service
Truly appalling customer service. The boxes I ordered for two presents came unlabelled and all three had identical bar codes despite ordering different things for different recipients. Nio instructed me to open the boxes to help them work out what they had sent me, which meant breaking the seals. I explained I could not give them as presents once opened and proceeded in good faith. Now they tell me they will not replace e or refund despite the fact that I have missed both birthdays and have wasted so much time taking and sending them photos and engaging in a lengthy email correspondence (in which they profusely apologised, promised they would sort, and now say they won’t). Be warned!

To clarify, your order was fulfilled correctly, and the cocktail boxes arrived in perfect condition. The items you received matched your order exactly, and no damage was reported. Our team asked for photos to verify this and responded accordingly based on what was shared.
Our cocktail boxes are intentionally designed with minimal branding to make them suitable for gifting. The stickers are made to be carefully peeled back and resealed for situations exactly like yours, where a customer may need to identify the contents without compromising presentation. We understand that in this case once peeled, you felt the boxes were no longer suitable as gifts after opening, but this was a personal decision rather than an error on our part.
As per our policy, we offered the option to return the products for a refund, with the return cost covered by the customer, which is standard practice when there is no fault with the items.
We’re genuinely sorry that this experience didn’t meet your expectations, and your feedback has been passed on to the team for review as we continue working to improve our customer experience.

Easy to order albeit I hadn’t heard of many of them apart from classics such as Whisky Sour and Gin Gimlet. Pretty good communication via email and hey presto a few days later they’re delivered to my doorstep.
Easy to dispense in what is innovative packaging although a pair of scissors is better than trying to tear which never quite went to plan.
