Brillante!
We were given a brand new car!!
We were picked up and taken to the rental hire Nizacars from Barcelona - EL Prat Airport.
The hire process was straightforward when we arrived we had booked through Ryan Air when booking our flights.
We didn't have any problems during the hire and returning the car was straightforward too.

I have rented vehicles from this…

I have rented vehicles from this company on several occasions, and every experience has been outstanding. From the moment you make a reservation to the moment you return the vehicle, the entire process is smooth, professional, and stress-free.
The customer service team, especially the telephone support staff, deserves special recognition. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help. No matter the question or request, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled quickly and efficiently. It is rare these days to find such a high level of customer care, and they consistently exceed expectations.
The vehicles themselves are exceptional. Every car I have rented has been modern, spotless, well maintained, and in excellent mechanical condition. Not impressed

Not impressed, firstly we had to wait over an hour to get to a desk, then despite having our own insurance we were forced into having breakdown cover as we were told our breakdown was only covered if we had an accident, this was at a cost of €40 which was not necessary. We were given a car that had about 8 imperfections with scratches and knocks on the paperwork provided by them and on return they tried to tell me there was a scratch that wasn’t on the original check, I disputed this and in the end I never got charged. The funny thing being that the detailed paperwork provided from Niza after the return of the car only showed half the imperfections of what was on there when I picked the car up. Be very careful, when you pick the car up always make sure you walk around the car and video any problem areas. This is not a good company to deal with, they are renowned in miss selling extras. I took out insurance with cover4rentals back in the UK to cover the car for £27 and the car was included with the holiday package with jet 2 villas but they were adamant that with jet 2 I only had breakdown if I been in an accident, I have sent a complaint to Jet 2 to look into this amongst other issues, I’m still awaiting a reply, but be very careful using this company.

The wait time was over an hour long

The wait time was over an hour long. One staff member was working alone for an hour with around 8 customers waiting.
Then they did not have the car we paid for. We were told it was a diesel car when in fact the fuel cap stated petrol. Fortunately we noticed but this could have been a big problem

No possibility to use the phone credit card, they requested a phisical card which os crazy these days!!!

Quick, cheap and easy

Pick up and drop off were both fairly easy and quick and Lucia was very professional, helpful and friendly. I would recommend to book with them directly online and get their extra insurance instead of going through a 3rd party site to avoid problems or having to pay excess deposits etc. I would book with them again.
