Good service, no complications.

Good service of airport pickup to the car by shuttle, rented nice brand new Mercedez for business purposes, fleet very good and good pricing. At the end of the rental, fast return and drop off back to the airport. Excelent service, recommended.

disappointing

disappointing. The insurance coverage offered was extremely overpriced, and I felt pressured to purchase an International Driving Permit that was never clearly disclosed during the online booking process. These requirements and additional costs should be stated prominently upfront so customers can make informed decisions before arriving.

Very disappointed with the service from…

Very disappointed with the service from Niza Cars.

After an 18-hour flight, we arrived with young children and were forced to wait for the shuttle bus for more than an hour in the heat. During that same period, shuttle buses from other rental companies arrived 4–5 times.

We informed both the company staff and the shuttle driver about the situation, but did not receive even a simple apology. It gave us the impression that such delays are normal practice for this company and that customer inconvenience is not taken seriously.

Car Hire at Malaga

NizaCars provided a very good rental vehicle & an excellent service overall. Their courtesy bus was easy to find at Malaga airport & their offices were just a few minutes drive away.

I booked a rental car through…

I booked a rental car through billiger-mietwagen.de / AutoEurope with Nizacars at Palma de Mallorca Airport.

At the counter, the standard deposit of EUR 1,600 was not accepted with my Visa debit card. I was then told that I had to purchase an additional product/insurance in order to reduce the deposit to EUR 200. The reduced EUR 200 deposit was then accepted as a pre-authorization using exactly the same card.

On top of that, I was charged EUR 230 for “NPC PROMO MOSTRADOR”, even though my booking already included extensive protection through AutoEurope, including reimbursement of the excess.

In my opinion, this created a very uncomfortable pressure situation: either pay for the additional product or do not receive the car.

The credit card requirement may formally be stated in the terms and conditions. However, the way this situation was handled at the counter felt very customer-unfriendly and not transparent. To me, this process feels like a systematic upsell based on the deposit policy.

I would not book with Nizacars again.

Ich habe über billiger-mietwagen.de / AutoEurope bei Nizacars am Flughafen Palma de Mallorca gebucht. Vor Ort wurde die Kaution von 1.600 € nicht mit meiner Visa-Debitkarte akzeptiert. Mir wurde dann erklärt, dass ich eine Zusatzleistung/Versicherung abschließen müsse, damit die Kaution auf 200 € reduziert wird. Diese 200 € wurden anschließend mit genau derselben Karte als Pre-Autorisierung akzeptiert.

Zusätzlich wurden 230 € für „NPC PROMO MOSTRADOR“ berechnet, obwohl ich bereits über die Buchung umfangreiche Schutzleistungen inklusive Erstattung der Selbstbeteiligung gebucht hatte. Aus meiner Sicht entstand dadurch eine massive Drucksituation: Entweder Zusatzleistung zahlen oder kein Auto erhalten.

Formal mag die Kreditkartenpflicht in den Bedingungen stehen. Die Art und Weise, wie vor Ort mit der Situation umgegangen wurde, empfand ich aber als sehr kundenunfreundlich und intransparent. Für mich wirkt dieses Vorgehen wie ein systematischer Upsell über die Kautionsregelung. Ich würde bei Nizacars nicht erneut buchen.

Curiosamente, ese depósito reducido de 200 € sí fue aceptado como preautorización con exactamente la misma tarjeta.

Además, me cobraron 230 € por “NPC PROMO MOSTRADOR”, aunque mi reserva ya incluía una cobertura amplia a través de AutoEurope, incluida la devolución de la franquicia.

Desde mi punto de vista, esto generó una situación de mucha presión: o pagaba el producto adicional, o no recibía el coche.

Es posible que el requisito de tarjeta de crédito figure formalmente en las condiciones. Sin embargo, la forma en que se gestionó la situación en el mostrador me pareció muy poco transparente y nada orientada al cliente. Para mí, este procedimiento parece una venta adicional sistemática basada en la política del depósito.

No volvería a reservar con Nizacars.
