Delivery issues.

I have sent several emails over the past 2 weeks and still have no idea when my item will arrive. I will not be ordering from this company again. I was expecting a delivery date.

Terrible

Terrible. I placed my order on the 12th of December for a Christmas delivery. By Christmas Eve it hadn’t even been posted let alone delivered - three to five working days I was assured the deliver Would take. So I canceled my order and asked for a refund. No refund has been forthcoming. Bloody rubbish.

There should be a zero star option

There should be a zero star option. I have tried to cancel my order 4 times once they put the bag I ordered on backorder. They will not cancel it- they keep offering me a discount or ignoring the emails. Do NOT order from them. I finally disputed it with my bank.

NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

Take your money and will do everything in their power to not give it back to you, even after they offered me a refund, when I said it wanted a refund they ignored all my emails.

Fraudulent

They took the money from my bank but never sent me order number. Only a welcome letter was sent and repeated emails triggered nothing.

Based in China claiming to a European…

Based in China claiming to a European company. Beware. Can't coment on quality because I've not received item in the time frame specifed.
It was supposed to be a present for my 85yo mum's birthday and you failed to deliver.

I bought 2 bags

I bought 2 bags, got them and realized they were too small for what I need. I asked via email about returning them. They requested pictures, I sent pics on 12/1/25. Nothing from them since then. My CC charge doesn’t show a phone # to reach them. Their customer service and response is non existent. Bags are ok, but requesting a return is awful. Oh, and I was supposed to get a free wallet with my order. NOPE didn’t come.

They sent the wrong 🎒

They sent the wrong bag. It smells as there was no anti mould sachet inside. After sending numerous messages through contact and many many emails. They said I have to pay to return it to the States. Which will cost a fortune with no guarantee I'll get my money back. They should be reported to Google as they are con artists. And I've lost nearly £50.

The bag is much too small

While the quality of the purse was quite nice, I was very disappointed in the actual size of the bag when I received it as when advertised, the photos of the bag appeared to show the bag to be much bigger than it actually is. The bag only holds a phone, a small change purse, a few keys and a tissue. Nothing more , therefore the bag is not suitable for daily use.
