Was sent the wrong purse

Was sent the wrong purse, wanted to return, they basically said I could pay to return and exchange it for the correct purse or just keep it because it was a more expensive bag and I should be happy with that. What a joke, $50 bag then would have to pay $20 to ship back to them and get the right one, it was not my mistake they sent the wrong one yet they wanted me to pay more to make it right.

Im happy I received the right color bag I originally ordered

I was sent the correct color bag that I ordered due to the wrong color bag mailed to me...
I appreciate it!!!
Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because the leather straps are too short for a crossover bag...the wide straps im not crazy about they look good but I think they might be too wide, its difficult to get the right fit across my shoulders, but overall Im going to use my bags...im hoping this review helps to revise the straps because the bag is great!

The leather strap is too thin and too…

The size of the bag is perfect. I previously purchased the beige bag. The straps were much different. The leather strap is too thin and too short to wear as a comfortable cross body bag. on the black bag.
The fabric strap is too wide on the black bag as well.

Noir & Blanc sent me a damaged purse

Noir & Blanc sent me a damaged purse. When I contacted them to return it, they had me send pictures of the damaged purse and then told me I had to ship it to China in order to get the refund even though the item shipped from NYC. After I questioned the logic of me incurring additional cost for their mistake, they told me they would refund me 40% of the purchase price if I did not want to ship it to China. I accepted the offer and they told me they processed the refund. I never got the refund and they are no longer responding to my email requests to get it.

Wrong cooler…

I received the wrong bag and am still waiting for a return label for this item that was meant as a birthday gift for someone else.

Great bag

I love this bag, I have it in whit wand wanted a fall color. The taupe is perfect.
The leather is nice quality and buttery soft. I like that it holds my phone in the outside zipper pouch, along with a couple of lipsticks and the inside holds wallet, sunglasses and other miscellaneous items. I also like that the strap is adjustable so it can be used as a crossbody for travel, or just over your shoulder. It seems to go with everything and I find that I don't have to change to another bag when I go out.

I loved the bag

I loved the bag. But the wider strap was not what I ordered. I wanted the chevron style strap. Kinda disappointing when you receive something different.

Awesome purse

I originaly purchased this purse because I'll be traveling in Europe and wanted something that wasn't too big and could fit all my essentials when out and about for a day and be okay in the rain. Well, the moment I got it, I decided this is my new everyday purse - I love it!! It fits everything I need - a small wallet, my reading glasses, phone, lipstick/chapstick, 8oz water bottle, packable shopping bag and still had room for little odds and ends like mints, kleenex, pen and all my receipts. Zippers are easy to open one-handed, it looks beautiful, the lining is tacked down inside and everything is well made. Leather is nice. It seems like a perfect dupe for another much more expensive brand, and yet I can't imagine the other brand being much nicer than this is. Love it, love it, love it! I see that the negative reviews seem to only focus on the return process, but the product itself is genuinely great and I received it super fast in the mail.

Scam that Managed to Get Worse Over Time

This company promises "fast and easy" returns but doesn't tell you that 1) you will have to jump through several hoops in order to get anyone to respond to your return request with a shipping address; and 2) you will need to send your return to an address in China, NOT the US address posted on the website or the one used to send the bag to you. This means shipping the return costs more than the item itself, which has the desired effect of making you not do it.

ETA: 7 months later, the company has replied here without providing any contact information nor offering any resolution. More scammy behaviour.

ETA2: Order 9721, also sent via email.

ETA3: Final update. After posting here that they are willing to help, once I sent the details of my issue to the email they provided, the response was that the return window had closed to so there was nothing they could do. Given that I originally requested to make a return the **same day** I received my order (in August, 2025), it's pretty clear that the offer of help on this site is just their way of trying to minimise the impact of so many well-justified one-star reviews.

Very sketch company

Very sketch company. I ordered a bag and found another one I liked better. Even though their website says the company is based in Wyoming, I was directed to return my bag to China. I sent the company a message on Facebook that was never responded to. I don't trust that if I spend the money to return this to China that I will get my money back.
