On the day of my delivery the driver called me at 2pm saying he was here yet he was at my previous address (the delivery was obviously clearly written for my new address).
4 hours later he called asking where my address is so I gave him many landmarks and he also asked to Whatsapp him my location which I did.
I noticed he hadn't been online for hours so didn't even look at my location.
After 2 hours I called him and asked where he was and his reply was 'I couldn't find it'
I was absolutely shocked as firstly he didn't even look at his WhatsApp and secondly if he couldn't find it he should have called me to ask for more clarification.
I called the customer service number and the person I spoke too apologised and 'guaranteed' my delivery would come before the end of the day.....it didn't. I called them back and the second person I spoke too said the driver tried calling me 3 times with no answer WHAT!!! This made me so angry as I actually spoke to him and can give the call logs to prove it and also I sent location.
So then it was arranged to be delivered the next day. I received a message saying it has been dispatched then at midday I receive a message saying due to no answer from me it can't be delivered.....I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS....
This is beyond the worst worst worst experience I have had. How dare the driver lie about the communication on both days.
So at this moment I still do not have my delivery.
Never ever again will I order from here!!

Worst Service ever. Must be banned. Never use NOON service for any order. If you cancel an order by mistake. They will never refund your money or deliver your food. Not recommended at all .

Very bad experience I face whit noon food I we'll never ordered from theme on 27 last month I make a order then the send me the wrong order wehn I ask theme to give me my refund and the amount was small not even a big amount in the told me from 3 to 5 days Intel now it's almost 12 days I didn't receive my money I didn't receive any emails our call even if you wanna contact theme u need to contact the noon and wait because the are deferent department worst application in uae to order food I swear to gods I never so like these

I am ordered a camera Canon g7 mark III, price of this product is 4550aed. But today I received a lipstick. Can you imagine this? I am in shock. I also checked other people's reviews and the situations are similar, which shows that this is a scam and they specifically freeze your money for their own money turnover since the return lasts 14 days. Avoid this site and do not waste your time and money.
But, today the situation is continued…They took my “product” yesterday. But the app was updated today that the product return period is increased from 14 days to an indefinite period. The most amazing thing is that the person who packed the goods knew about it, and the courier also knew what he was carrying. This is a huge corporation of scammers.

The worst return and refund service ever.
I placed an order, and when I tried to return some items that didn’t match the photos, I had to pay over $100 for return shipping.
Now it’s been over a month and a week, and no action has been taken, even though the items have already been received by them.
When I complain, all I get is: “Please give us more time.”
A month and a week is not enough time?!

Update 11 August.
Nobody even replied to my email from Noon for more than a week. They continue sell that product without posting any reviews about it or about a seller.
They just sent a refund and that's how they resolved it.
It's like a roulette, some stuff is OK but some stuff is a disaster.
I don't want such experience anymore especially with such ZERO level of customer service!

I received a 4-in-1 Sandalwood facial massage comb MUXGE which smells like a cat's poop!
Even after washing it smells the same even stronger!!
The pattern of the wood is different from the photo, it's like cheap copy.
God knows from what material it's made and if it's safe to use it..?!
I requested to return it, they picked it up.
But they don't want to post any negative reviews about their products or sellers!?
They support the business of their sellers not customers! That product is still on the website without any reviews.
The seller "SURE GLOBAL STORE" doesn't have any reviews and it's impossible to leave any review about them! They are overprotected by Noon!
Before I've already received vitamins Tudca without any expiry date or country of origin.
I don't feel safe to order anything from their website anymore!

Terrible Experience with Noon Food – Never Again!
I had an awful experience with Noon Food services. I accidentally canceled my order just minutes after placing it, and I immediately reached out through chat to either get a refund or continue with the same order. Instead of offering proper support, they dragged the issue through a long and frustrating discussion. The only to offer me a 50% compensation.
Even worse, the amount they promised (to be refunded in 5–6 days) was around 30% of what I actually paid. That’s not compensation, that’s fraud.
As a regular customer, I expected better treatment and respect. Clearly, Noon does not value its customers or care about fair service. It’s extremely disappointing to see such poor practices from a platform that claims to be professional.
I sincerely hope this company faces the consequences of such shady and dishonest behavior. They've lost me as a customer for good, and I’ll make sure to avoid any business connected with Noon going forward.
Avoid Noon Food, they don’t deserve your trust or your money.

I’m very disappointed with Noon’s unethical practices. I saved my credit card on their platform to make future purchases easier, and without any clear consent, they charged me for a subscription to their “Noon One” service. At no point did I opt in for this, and there was no transparent confirmation or approval for recurring payments.
It seems that just because I enabled payments without bank OTP for less than 100 SAR, they took that as a green light to enroll me in a monthly subscription without my knowledge. This is misleading, and honestly, feels deceptive.
It’s unacceptable for a platform of this scale to operate with such a lack of transparency. I’ve lost trust in Noon and will be removing my card details and avoiding future purchases. I strongly urge others to be cautious before saving any payment information on their platform. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I am extremely frustrated with the delivery service I have received. I placed my order four days ago, and I was expecting same-day delivery, as advertised. However, not only was the delivery delayed, but the whole experience has been extremely unsatisfactory.
This is not the first time I have had issues with Noon’s delivery department, and it’s becoming increasingly clear that there are systemic problems. The delivery driver repeatedly "missed" my call – when I say missed, I mean the phone rang for only 1-2 seconds before the call was ended. This happened 3-5 times, and the next thing I knew, the status of my order was marked as "customer not responding."
I caught the delivery driver in the act, and when I confronted him about it, he had no satisfactory explanation. I asked him why he didn’t proceed to the delivery location or provide proof of his visit (such as a photo). Instead, he simply claimed that he couldn’t find the location. Meanwhile, other companies, like Amazon, use better methods of communication, including sending photos as evidence of attempted deliveries. But with Noon, it’s clear that if the delivery driver is unfamiliar with the location, they resort to the tactic of calling briefly and tagging the customer as unresponsive.
This situation is unacceptable, and I am genuinely disappointed with how Noon handles deliveries. I request that you immediately review your delivery processes and ensure that this kind of behavior doesn’t continue.

I had a frustrating experience with Noon involving two different departments. I was charged for an undelivered Noon Food order due to a mistaken selection of 'cash' payment, even though I had sufficient funds on my card. Later, when I placed a new order from Noon Supermall, it was canceled because of the unresolved charge from Noon Food. To make matters worse, the amount deducted for the new order was almost double the original outstanding amount. It took multiple interactions to finally get a refund. I hope Noon improves their processes and communication between departments

Don’t deal with them, they are not trustworthy platform, don’t have any sense of customer satisfaction and not sure why they take your money and block for sometime under justification they are importing your order then cancel it and refund your money back after 5 working days !!! Bottom-line they take your money for 15-20 days (doing what with this money, don’t know)
Also they allow untrusted dealers to conduct business on their platform…. Stay away from noon and use Amazon better 👍

The company delivery guy took my payment and didn’t give my change at first he will tell you he doesn’t have change and just wait for 10 minutes and then you will call again for how many times they are the one who will get angry and telling you again wait for another hour and a day pass I called again today and the driver he said he will come after 2 hours. Worst experience ever and for the costumer service I called their number send email and chat in app bit still no action they are just replying

Update : They claim the phone was inspected, a software update was done, and an official report was provided — but that’s simply not true. The “inspection” was done using a program called 3uTools, which is a public tool that anyone can download and use. It’s not an official diagnostic tool and is mainly used to check basic hardware info, not to detect real software issues. This is not a professional or authorized report by any means.
I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience with Noon regarding a warranty claim for my phone.
I submitted a warranty request and received a repair report that had nothing to do with the actual issues I reported — most of which were software-related. The report was vague, and there was no explanation about what was fixed or even if anything was done.
I contacted customer service multiple times, via both email and the hotline. I was promised a response from the warranty team — but after several days, I still haven’t received a single reply from the actual responsible department. All I get are repeated, copy-paste emails that show no actual effort to resolve the issue.
This is not the level of service expected from a company of this size in the UAE. Customers deserve clarity, accountability, and proper communication — especially when it comes to after-sales service and warranty support.
I hope Noon takes this seriously and improves their internal processes. Right now, this experience makes me hesitate to trust Noon with future purchases.
