I did mistake by joining noon.com as a customer otherwise there are other well organized platfroms available in UAE. They don't even know how to handle a complaint. Even i feel there systems also designed to put some false invoicing.
Noon app showed one 30% discount offer. I applied that coupon and ordered item. Once item reached to me after lot of delays ( initially noon delivery driver delivered in some other bulding , than after 2 days he picked back from other bulding and bring to me) , immidiately they deducted that discount price from my credit wallet. I logged complaint , but helpine keep lingering on the issue. And when i say , i dont need item even i did not open the noon box , they said there is no way to return it.

Looking through the ecommerce website, its clear a huge chunk of products are counterfeit/ refurbished without warning/ generally a great environment for drop-shippers to prey on customers
The mobile app crashes upon 5 seconds of opening on certain mobile devices (one of which being the iPhone 12 mini running the latest iOS release), this bug has persisted for the last 3 months despite me reporting it via an app store review
Finally, and drastically, they've realized the monopoly they hold over food delivery in the UAE, and have resorted to greedy/ stingy strategies to prey on their customers, aligning their reputation with another terrible food delivery service

Hello Noon, I order 1 food item from Mia mix it’s too far from my location so I used noon, in the app I put my friends number mistakenly and he asked from my friend did you order something from noon sir and my friend said to him he did not because my friend don’t know about this delivery, then suddenly he called to his head office to cancel my order even I payed for that about 34 AED, why he can’t Double check, the person who brought my order not good at all, He is arrogant person, when I ask about my order he said simply I cancelled your order because your number was wrong and he left Received from Syed who is brought my order,
Please refund my money back, this is not good for Noon reputation

I always have high regards with noon some times irrespective of their mistakes . Because it’s really useful. But yesterday when I ordered with gift pack. But they didn’t delivered a gift pack. I complained . Customer care responded and it’s resolved . I slept 10.30 pm . Exactly 12 o clock mid night someone rang the bell. Got shocked . Noon person delivered gift pack. See how this so cruel.

I had ordered food with noon food and the order was ready in time by restaurant but the didn't assign any rider for delivery. Once I raised this issue with the customer service representative over chat he says it's been assigned now and the food will be delivered shortly. Now this time is 1 hour after my lunch break will be over .
I got a call from the customer service representative and I requested to cancel the order and refund the money. But she gives me the policy where that cannot do anything which means a s customer you pay for the service and you suffer for choosing to order with noon. Now my food is coming after my lunch break and I have no options to receive the same and not eat it.

Avoid Noon at all costs. I ordered a TV on 20th August — it arrived faulty and the nightmare began.
Noon’s customer service is utterly incapable. You literally have to call them every single day just to get them to do their jobs. Nothing moves unless you chase. I spoke to over 10 advisers and at least 5 supervisors (Mohamed Sameeh, Mohamed Muafaq, and another Mohammad). Not one of them ever called me back as promised. One adviser even closed my case by mistake, causing more delays.
When you finally demand a callback from a supervisor, they are no better — repeating the same empty promises of “3 working days” with no action. After more than 8 days, I still had no resolution, no refund, and no working TV. To top it off, I stayed home all day for a collection Noon confirmed by text — and nobody even showed up.
The complaints handler, Marwa, made things worse by insisting the team “acted accordingly” despite admitting their SLA is 48 hours and my case dragged on for over a week. Her only solution? A laughable AED 70 Noon voucher — as though that covers my wasted time, stress, or even a taxi fare.
If you value your money and your sanity, shop at Carrefour instead. At least they deliver working products and provide real customer service.
Noon is unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth the risk.

purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Noon four months ago. From the beginning, I have been facing issues with the device. After just 20 days of use, I started experiencing problems with the LCD screen and frequent hang-ups.
I initially tried to request a refund, but Noon’s customer service was unhelpful. Recently, I submitted a warranty claim
After 20 day the claim my warranty n return back mobile but they are not replace the lcd its same as it is. They are not resolve my issue just they wast my 25 days now I make new request for claim now again they take 25 days . Its bullshit noon company can’t take action against the seller they just taking haram money from customers

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order worth AED 36, and the delivery person collected AED 1,000 from me but never returned the remaining AED 964. I have followed up multiple times with the company, but until now I have not received any call, update, or resolution. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I expect my money to be returned immediately

I ordered a dinner set (extremely necessary) on 18th from them as they're offering express delivery service, it was supposed to be delivered on 20th. Rider called in the night around 10PM and told he was outside the building, didn't bother come in! We checked outside no one was there. 5 minutes later I received a notification saying 'the order has been cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance', since then I've contacted their support team hundreds of times and no one seems to respond properly, they just keep raising but no one seems to bother here.
After 2 days of going back and forth with their agents I ended up cancelling the order, that's what they wanted so they don't have to pay any extra compensation for my lost time and patience. This is such a ridiculous way of treating customers!
Avoid Noon customer service if you can as they cause you a great deal of stress and frustration.

I ordered food at 5:45 am, and by 6:10 am it was rejected. I contacted customer care; as usual, they apologized and confirmed the refund within the promised time—I agreed.
But consider my situation: I’m sick, need food before medicine, and that was the only money in my wallet. What should I do?
I even asked for alternatives, like assigning another available restaurant.

I strongly recommend not to use “Noon food”. They don’t give any service and then don’t even give full refund…
I ordered food today at 15:52. After 1 hour 10 mins and some messages and calls with both noon and driver, they said the driver spoiled the food so they have to cancel my order. They refunded my money but didn’t offer anything for inconvenience. I kept my patience and ordered the same food from the same restaurant and started to wait. After an additional 2 hours of waiting and back and forth messages/calls, my order was cancelled again, I ended up not getting my food. When I spoke to the customer service agent they didn’t offer any remedy, let alone give back a full refund. They told me that the result is due to company policy and they couldn’t do anything to help me even though they understand how absurd the situation is. In summary, I have waited 3 hours, had calls and messages with people, paid twice for my food and at the end didn’t get any food or service in return and didn’t even get my money back in full.
If you don’t want to eventually have a horrible experience avoid using this company.

I ordered one mobile phone they went to deliver to wrong addresses before even contacting me and they cancelled my order. Now I need to wait 5 working days to get my fund. Their response team also bad. They are not updating their delivery addresses. because of their mistake, customers always suffer. Never recement..

STAY AWAY. This platform is run by people with limited knowledge and if you are an entrepreneur it would be quite difficult for you to partner with this site because of the managements lack of concern and the employers lack of knowledge about service and legalities.
No one will assist you if you encounter issues, it goes to only 1 team and everyone of them covers for each other. Even the CEO does not care if any issues arise. Absolutely, no concern with their partners.

I placed an express order for Pampers because I urgently needed them, and I was expecting the delivery on the promised date. I kept waiting, only to find out later — without any prior notice — that my order was canceled. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
If you’re unable to fulfill an order, especially one marked as express, the least you could do is inform the customer in advance. Please do not advertise items or delivery services that you cannot reliably provide. This experience has caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I hope you take this feedback seriously.
