Avoid. Redemption processes are a nightmare. Fortunately, I have lost only £10 in vouchers. The Support advice systems are incomprehensible. I shan't waste anymore time on this company which treats it's customers in this shabby manner. Back to well programmed Reward sites next, not this tortuous bunch. Could it be they don't want to pay out?

Complete waste of time. Company claims you answer surveys faster than the ‘usual rate’ which assumes everyone is either slower or the same as the ‘normal rate’ their process is therefore entirely flawed, as I am a very fast responder and can process information very fast . They cancel surveys coming through to you with no notice and say this is in terms of service. Their terms of service states it’s only for misleading answers, there is nothing that states the time taken to respond is a factor. They are robbing thieves. These lot should be closed down by regulators. Massive shoutout to Sandra who is a disgrace in how she treats customers, given the fact all of her contact with users is anonymous

Awful customer service. I was collecting coins through doing surveys and I was aiming to use my points once they reach the value of £100. Once they were around 930 coins (£93), my account was deactivated with no explanation. Thieves!!

My panel, Prime Opinion, a USA based company, routed me here. After finishing the survey, these European ID-10T errors blocked my IP!
Very unprofessional.
If you don’t want to operate in the USA, please inform the US ISPs (Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, Cox, Spectrum, etc.) to block your website server side!

I have been a member of PanelBase for nearly 6 years before this was taken over by NorstatPanel. Ever since this happened the customer service and platform has not been great!
I have now received the following message when trying to login "Your account has been frozen. Please contact our support team!"
There are a number of coins that still needed to be redeemed.
Customer service do not respond to any messages sent.
Edit: As per my review above,I have emailed the Norstat helpdesk and have not received any response or communications. Please can someone from Nortstat contact me so I can access my account.
Edit 2: I have received an email response from Norstatpanel "evaluation of your survey activity shows that your response quality is far below the average of all respondents"
I have not received any communications reflecting this and all my rewards/earnings have now been taken as I am unable to access my account. I am trying to find the regulator for this however I am unable to locate. If anyone has contact details please let me know.

I signed up to a few survey companies a few years ago, Panelbase being one of them. In 2023 they were taken over by Norstatpanel and has since become largely a complete waste of time, they seem to only value the opinion of a very narrow demographic.
Around 80% of the surveys I'm invited to now I get kicked out of after answering the first few questions and told I "don't fit the target group". There are also far fewer invites than there was previously as Panelbase when I used to get around 10 a week, with Norstatpanel it's 4 or less, most of which I get kicked out of.
I don't know whose opinion they value but it's clearly not self employed middle aged men living in the East Midlands.
Ironically their strap line is "Make Your Opinion Count", I tried to but they weren't interested.
It's a shame really because their website and UI is actually pretty good, but the whole experienced is ruined by their surveys being to to demographic specific.

All went well until I came to redeem my reward. I requested amazon vouches. When I tried to apply them amazon said they had already been redeemed. That was last December. Norstatpanel and the people thet pay to administer the rewards have not resolved the issue and have not contacted me for nearly 2 months today 15th of March DO NOT waste your time with them

They don't respond on my request to delete my account. I am getting surveys which I do not want nor subscribed but my data was transfered from Panelbase. Now I want to delete my account with them but they do not reply to my email.

as ex panelbase customer, we were told that the merge would result in more surveys, more chance to earn rewards.
WRONG
With panelbase used to get about 10 surveys offered a week, with about 80% match which you could complete.
With Norstatpanel it's more like 4 per week, and I can only actually take part in about 30% of those.
You now get the increasingly common free demograb questions at the end before youy actually get the reward should you actually get that far.
I've stuck with it since the merge but becoming increasingly disillusioned!
Bring back Panelbase please!

I was a member of Panelbase for many years and made on average £10 per month, plus product trials. Payments were always straightforward. I've been waiting for 4 weeks for my cash transfer from Norstat. I did email and was told it was because "Our bank is currently in the process of carrying out their due diligence and setting up new authorisations etc to allow Norstat finance staff to access and use this payment system.
They also sent me a Tobbi eye tracker but it made my laptop run very slowly, particularly affecting YouTube videos which were taking up to 10 minutes to load! So I uninstalled the software and put the tracker back in its box.

Do not trust this company. I had been using Panelbase for years without a problem. I've been waiting over a month for my first payout from Norstatpanel. They are blaming it on the banking system. Did panelbase not do their homework about this company before transferring customer accounts to them?

Since Norstatpanel took over Panel base, i am treated poorly with surveys, their surveys are weird, strange, so you will not be able to do them. They are not in the same league as Panelbase, don't bother with them, am thinking of pulling out soon.

Recently joined Norstat as part of transfer from Panelbase. Requested a payout but apparently, there is an issue with BACS payments and this is still being sorted. At this stage, I have no idea when I will be paid what I am due! Yet, I still am being sent surveys to complete! Very amateurish organisation and cannot recommend.
Update - I have had a response from Norstat explaining the delay (which I already know about). My suggestion that I should be compensated for this fiasco was totally ignored - this speaks volumes for the attitude of this company. Avoid!!!

AWFUL company! Have been owed a payout for nearly two weeks and just keep getting excuse after excuse after excuse. FRAUD! Do not bother signing up. It takes forever to generate enough for a payout and then when you do they don't pay. They don't respond to communications and if they do they're full of lies.

I answered surveys for several months and never claimed a reward, then decided to get an Uber Eats voucher.
It wasn't accepted by Uber eats. I contacted Huuray and after a back and forth, over a month, Huuray told me to get back to Norstat.
I contacted Norstat, and suprise suprise, no reply after one month
So beware of don't waste your time doing Norstat surveys
