I absolutely love this survey panel as it doesn't take long to reach the payment threshold and my success rate with surveys is generally pretty good.
Obviously I do have screenouts but they aren't frequent like with some other survey panels. And when it does happen it is at the beginning of the survey rather than after spending 10 or so minutes answering questions.
You only need 50 points (£5) to cash out and there is a wide range of rewards on offer such as cash, and various e-vouchers. I usually go for the Amazon voucher.

I've never had a problem with them, I was a VIP member at the top but suddenly at Christmas stopped getting emails, didn't think anything of it, then decided to contact them and got a generic email saying account has been deactivated as I was doing surveys quickly, maybe, but I was doing them honestly. I'd built up £80, which they kept. I'd recommend giving them a wide birth or this could happen to you, just out of the blue. Disappointed. I'm a member of many survey sites, never have problems with any of them. Not good Norstat.

I am using this survey app... this company works with a 3rd rubbish party. K had several negative experiences where I have completed a lot of surveys and received empty asda vouchers. This 3rd company is a scam. My negative experiences are over 24 months. I provided the empty vouchers but no action was taken by the customer service. I have received your reply only after my review. I have sent you another email on the 17th of February. I am now a better resolution from you: I did receive 2 emptied vouchers so now I expect to receive not just 2 vouchers but more as a fair resolution of my bad experience.

I used to have no issues with Norstat panel but it's happening more frequently that I am spending up to twenty minutes completing surveys and when I am done and it says "Thank you for completing this surveys", it brings me back to the landing page with a message saying the survey has been closed and I will receive 1 point. I have contacted Norstat panel about this before and they said they would forward it to the relevant department but I never heard anything back. If this continues to happen, I will leave the panel. It is incredibly frustrating spending time and effort answering a survey to then not be rewarded.

Great site and love the cash payout to bank account. You get paid the week after.

I got a new dashboard layout that had 3 different 60 minute surveys on it and if completed I'd get 200 coins.

Downside - it takes 5+ weeks to receive your coins when you do the long ones like this, otherwise you get your coins straight away.
Plus-side - That's £20 for just answering a few questions.
Payout to my bank account (it's actually a building society) has always gone without any problems and have just cashed out another £10 today so should get it next week.

Took part in a survey to get TV equipment in my house, which I completed and agreed too, was told by Norstatpanel I would receive £85 in 6 weeks which has now passed but I still have got nothing, contacted them and they are just ignoring my email, makes me think they got paid from the company I joined and are just avoiding payment to me.

I have been completing surveys for the last 3 months.
Every month there is a survey that does not work or malfunctions and it effects my activity level.
Which mean I don't get the stars, never really bothered with it this month I messaged them about a survey that invited me to a panel, I selected I did not want to take part in the panel it took me back to the front page. The survey still remained there and effected my activity level.
They said it is what it is practically no help or support to resolve issue just penalised for not wanting to take part in another panel.
I messaged them this time around and because I do not want to take part in the invitation to another panel, I am being penalised and activity level/stars affected.
Drawn my coins and deleted the app.

Ultimate customer support, whenever there is a technical issue it is sorted straightaway after you send the email, I don’t understand how people complained about customer service at all, they must be scammers!
Sometimes, even though you complete the survey it says partially complete and your coins may land with a bit of delay and also there were many surveys which I entered and answered eligibility questions, then kicked out because I was not eligible to participate, and did not understand why the survey showed up for me in first place, it was kind of annoying…
Overall very good panel. 👌🏾

when it works its great but as of late seem to be a growing number of child aimed surveys that ask alot of question then screen you out and give one coin instead of the full or a fair percentage imo

Bunch of Scammers, Have been a member for many years with no problems, tried to log in to my account today to see it has been frozen, according to them my Response time is far below average and they have deactivated my account and forfeited my rewards, I'm so angry as I have always been honest with every survey, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, SCAMMERS.

Disgraceful... I couldn't cash out my rewards for ages as payment by bacs wasn't available. Tried to log on this week and my account has been frozen, along with all my earnings. They have said I was too quick and accused me of not being genuine. Despite the fact I am fast and process data on a screen all day long. I've asked for evidence and what their appeals process is and not had a response. So I feel they have effectively stolen my earnings that I hadn't been able to transfer anyway.
I would not recommend. It was much better when it was panel base.

I would not even give it a one star but I'm trying to be nice. Shocking customer service when I emailed them, rude and basically liars in what they say.
Rewards are far between and also they hardly send any surveys to complete so as a result they freeze your account due to not using it and then take your money that you have earned away from you.
Would stay clear and avoid at all costs. An absolute disgrace and they deserve absolutely nothing.
This company are awful. There was never a problem with Panelbase, but since the change to Norstatpanel it is impossible to redeem your points. Do not waste time completing their surveys as you will not be paid out. Conveniently they do not have a phone number so in order to complain you have to complete an online form which then then ignore. Stick to YouGov who are far more professional.

Surveys lately are crashing just as you get to the end and as you haven't completed you dont get the points. Trying to go back in and start again it says the survey is closed. After spending 15min to 20 mins time this is really annoying. There are also fewer over the last 12 months.
