Awful. Been a member for years, never took any gifts out. Today i wake Up to an email saying My account is banned cause i answer too fast. No warning or nothing, all those years gone for nothing. Thanks

After a a very long time I finally had 150 points, which I could redeem. On the 3 August 2021 I redeemed the points for £15 PayPal credit. On the 13 August with still no credit received I contacted Norstatpanel Support to ask where it was. They replied "We sent payments out last week. Have you received payment yet?" I replied to say no, not yet. That's the last I heard from them. Their Customer Support is terrible - they just don't reply! I sent several emails asking them to resolve the problem and send me my £15 credit. Nothing. A whole month later no one has had the courtesy to even reply, and I have still not received payment. I am a member of many wonderful survey sites, but Norstatpanel is not one of them. They should be ashamed of themselves.

It takes very long time to collect rewards, you will be disappointed for not getting points even after proper answers.
They say - payment will be processed at the 1st of the month... Well, I have requested payment on 19/07 it's 5/08 now and I still not received my payment.
After asking them "Why it takes so long?" I've got answer in very rude tone - "It will be processed on 1st week"

Don't use had nearly 100 coins so I could nearly cash out then they suspend your account with no warning very suspicious site do surveys for them then close your account good luck if I was you join panalbase.

This has to be the most pointless and useless survey company on the planet,, you need to collect 150 coins, to claim £15 but the amount of surveys they send , maybe 4 a month, and the surveys average 4 coins a survey so it takes nearly one year to earn the 150 points, and that is if you qualify for the surveys, one year for £15 .. They give out stars and tickets which are supposed to go to a chance of winning a lottery, I have over 142000 stars and 52 tickets,, you do not do nothing with them, and in 8 years have I won any lottery ? of course not. And that you have no idea how much the prize is,, probably more stars.. so this one is not worth even joining.. I would say its a waste of time, but you get so few surveys, that you are not really wasting any time. They do not give out coupons like the other reviews on here claim, but it is the uk version

Surveys if you are eligible and among the first for which you get points to collect for gift cards. Fairly ok, have received a cinema ticket yearly or less often...
