It was very simple to do and your website is very user friendly.

Navigation and Product Selection are great. Purchasing is very easy and smooth. But Shipping possibly taking up to 20 days almost kept me from purchasing the controller. I decided to move forward after reading reviews on their controllers. But the shipping needs to be improved. 10 to 20 days isn't really a good time frame.

The ordering experience was very smooth. I really liked that the prices were adjusted to € automatically even during checkout. Some stores don't do that so I'm happy this one does.

These are very good quality controllers. I ordered the wireless controller where you can take off and switch around the d pad and joy stick. I thought the holes would bother me and feel funny or cheap, but they don’t. I’ve also ordered 2 game coupe controllers that hook to the sides of the switch. I’m very pleased with all of them and I’m picky about my controllers.
I don’t even like the original game cube controller, but bought them for nostalgia’s sake. I was surprised to discover that I love these on my switch so much that I might use them as my regular switch joy cons. Very comfortable to hold attached to switch and looks good. They even work disconnected. I don’t like it as much as a stand alone controller, which it can be, just because I’m not a huge original game cube controller fan, but I love them as switch joycons. I hate cheap switch joycons. These don’t feel like that. I also bought a nice big case to put the switch in with the game cube joycons, that’s great quality, with a lot of space. My only gripe is that I wish the case held the cartridges a little bit deeper, but is not bad at all. Not a reason to not buy it. For some reason, when I bought the two different colored game cube controllers on the same morning, in the same bundle, I got the second one I ordered right away, but I had to wait over an extra week for the other one. Also, the first one had the bundle all together in one package, the other one had parts of the bundle sent separately. So the shipping was a little weird. One was shipped fast and complete, the other not as much, but u got everything well packaged in thick boxes, in a timely manner. When I emailed about the other controller that hadn’t come yet, they responded right away and made sure it was shipped right away, I’m very pleased with these purchases and highly recommend. This company is NOT a scam.

Website was good enough but making payment to Chinese hotmail account made me very wary. I fully expected this to be a scam at this point.
Sure enough though product arrived much sooner than expected (website stated 12-20 business days for delivery but it arrived 5 days later!) which was awesome!
Also first impressions of the Hyperion Pro are very positive. Only they seem to randomly disconnect from the console once every blue moon...? I'll have to look further into that.

The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars was because when looking for a controller to buy the one I really wanted didn't state anything about having a certain feature that the previous model had. And as far as I could see it wasn't their as well. So maybe a little better with descriptions and more 3d pictures and better short videos showing EVERYTHING it can do. Besides that, I'm very pleased and happy with this purchase and experience

This review doesn't unfortunately include product review yet as I'm awaiting my order with probably too much excitement but I've awaited being able to get GameCube controllers for the switch that were actually worth while and hoping these will be my answer! As for the website I love how it was absolutely straightforward and allowed me to use my PayPal not that that's important to some but it was for me. I like that for my two controllers and a case to carry the switch with the splitpad one attached got me free shipping that was a wicked plus. Wish you guys would make us Nintendo heads a GameCube controller fully compatible with the switch as well, just a thought! Keep up the great work!!!

A while back, I saw plenty of YouTubers reviewing the Wizard. I didn’t believe them, but I had been looking for GameCube joycons for ages. The GameCube is the system I have the most time playing, and the buttons are always right where I want them. Those joycons blew my expectations out of the water, so I return for the Warrior, so I can play on my big screen. I might have to come back for one specifically for my PC gaming. I’m amazed at the quality and price; at least equivalent to that of direct-from-Nintendo.

i'm excited to see what anti-drift is all about. plus, my hands require the back buttons for comfort. i bought it for my Switch bc what it came with is not good for me.

I'm very satisfied with the controllers I've purchased from the site, it's very reliable, the controllers feel and look great and overall I think the service has been great. There's free shipping to Mexico and its also less expensive than buying them from other stores. There are coupons and discounts and offers every now and then specially on Christmas. I'm very happy with my NYXI controllers.
