An excellent little Micro Hi-Fi System
For the size of the Oakcastle HIFI200 Micro System, the sound quality is excellent and being able to do so much from the remote control is very helpful. It was easy to set up but when I had a problem storing presets for DAB radio stations an email to the Support Desk was responded to very quickly and the problem resolved. I would highly recommend this compact system.

Bcx100 - cd won’t play!!
Bcx100 - just turned it on - the hole in the centre of my cd is smaller than the circular component of the cd player! So it simply sits on it! If I close the lid and press Function it makes a grinding noise!
Update!: Despite being advised to not apply any pressure down on the cd, I found this was sufficient to resolve this problem👍
Still can’t easily store and select station numbers on the radio though - probably my age!!😩

Purchased CD100 on a whim.. glad I did.. I seem to have come full circle with tech and am finding using cd's again very satisfying.. this is a great little product which with the addition of blue tooth I'm able to connect to my active speakers, my ear buds and portable speakers.. so also.. dunno about you but latterly I've been finding for what ever reason there always interference when using the internet or computer to listen to music ? Now I can play my collections from beginning to end and relax!!!!! Thank you

A 1st. Class CD player
On opening box I was impressed with the Oakcastle CD 125 player.Everything about this unit is 1st.class and operating instructions very easy to follow.I really liked the Bluetooth operation which meant I could connect to my car and motorhome as car manufacturers don't fit to new cars.
I liked the idea of 3 year warranty but you must register.
A very good unit and yes buy one.

I purchased a product from Oakcastle, having previously bought from them and finding their products to be excellent, which was faulty. I emailed them stating the problem and within 24 hours I received a free of charge replacement.

So far so good. Delivery was prompt. The device seems well made. Particularly enjoy the plug in remote and the Bass boost. Sound using my own headphones is excellent. Appreciate the additional 2 years extended Warranty which is easy to sign up for. Shows some confidence in your own product. I wonder if you develop a new version of the CD10 , can you make the display screen larger and place it on the top lid, rather than the side.

Total Nightmare the SB200 instruction manual has no correlation to the actuality of what is on the screen. If the manual has been deigned to confuse it is working well but if it is designed to be helpful then it falls far short of that desired intention.
CD player broken, warranty refused.
I bought a CD player from this company and after two months it stopped working. The warranty on the product was for 3 years but was refused due to a hidden clause in the T&Cs which said it had to be registered within 30 days, which shouldn't have mattered as I had the original order invoice (which they even used to look up my order) but the company refused to make any accomodations.

I purchased a Blue CD 100 DVD player. I wanted to use this in my car using Bluetooth. It works perfectly. Also using the earphones the sound quality is excellent. This is a first class product. After registering my product I was contacted by the technical team asking me about my experience. This is how you should treat your customer because it made me feel very special.
Excellent product with first-rate service
I bought my Oakcastle MP3 player a few weeks ago and have found it perfect for the gym: small, compact, light and reliable. When I needed help connecting my Bluetooth earbuds, tech support got back to me extremely quickly and explained the cause of the issue and how to solve it. If only all companies treated their customers as professionally!
