Oakcastle mp3 player....all good
Purchased to use with bone conduction headphones the Oakcastle MP3 has been really good. For the purchase price the sound reproduction quality is very good. Setting up to use with the headphones was easy. A 3 year warranty is exceptionally good.
Using the player couldn't be easier which is perfect for me as I use it to play music while I'm running.

I purchased a new MP3 player from Amazon which I now find is supplied by Oakcastle. Due me age and inexperience I was unable to down load music from my computer. However when I got in touch with Oakcastle team, just Magic. All problems solved and I have now a machine which just about does anything. Many thanks to Emlyn for sorting out my Boombox problem. I was very happy with the product, but it gave up the ghost about a week after it passed Amazon's return date. On his advice I contacted Amazon via another route and I'm happy to write that it worked out in the end. Keep up your wonderful customer service.
Dishonest, Misleading, Deceptive, Beware
Oakcastle has misstated the facts pertaining to this matter in their reply. Buyers of Majority/Oakcastle products should be aware that they do not support the warranty. Original message follows:
Writing with respect to recent warranty claim with Oakcastle regarding 16 gig MP3 player purchased in Oct 2021. Upon purchase of the MP3 player, I received email from Oakcastle providing information and encouragement to register my device to activate the 3-year warranty. I did so and received acknowledgement from Oakcastle that my device was covered by 3-year warranty. During the week of 31 May the device took a dump, ~8 months after purchase. I notified Oakcastle and began the dance of verifying the warranty. After several exchanges Oakcastle denied my claim stating that I wasn’t in their “system” and the seller was not an authorized re-seller. OK, 1st question – if the seller wasn’t an authorized re-seller, then how did Oakcastle get the info re: my purchase? Did Amazon provide? If I made my purchase through an unauthorized re-seller why would Oakcastle encourage me to register the warranty AND then provide acknowledgment that the 3-year warranty for my device was registered. Oakcastle is running from the warranty claim. Would seem that Amazon is aware, see the number of comments regarding warranty issues, and may be complicit in the matter if they are providing my information to a third party, Oakcastle, that if Oakcastle’s claim is true that, they aren’t party to the transaction. Regardless, I’m out the cost of the MP3 player that was supposed to be warranted for 3 years.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. Had a faulty soundbar and tech guys went through all the settings with me but were to no avail. Soundbar collected and replacement sent. All working fine. I cannot stress how excellent the service was and would certainly use again should the need arise
Raking responsibility
Problems arise with any product from time to time and a volume button on my CD 200 player broke after only a week or two. I can't speak highly enough of the response from Oakcastle. They asked for a photo, immediately accepted that the device was faulty and gave excellent advice on the best thing to do (a refund and repurchase). The refund was processed as soon as I dropped off the player. The service was courteous, prompt and efficient. I would definitely but from Oakcastle again even if this machine was a Frday-afternoon casualty.
MP200 mp3 player
MP200 mp3 player, nice little device for the gym. Slightly larger than the Sandisk Clip, but it has bluetooth. I couldn't find the 'shuffle' mode - support answered straight away with the proper menu location.
They would cut down on support messages by expanding (and proofreading) their documentation ...
I purchased a Little Shelford radio
I purchased a Little Shelford radio. it arrived promptly and well packaged. unfortunaly the radio stations preset feature did't work. I Emailed the company explaining the problem they replied very quickly with some sugestions to solve the problem. which did not work, they said they would replace the radio and send me a prepaid postage label for me to return the one I had. the new one arrived the next day and works perfectly. great product. exceptional customer service which is very rare these days. i highly recommend the radio and the company.

Great little phone - shame about the instructions
The F100 phone was straightforward to open up, insert battery and charge. However, inserting a sim was down to instinct and guess work. I guessed wrong. Fortunately Oakcastle are very responsive and sent me photos that solved the mystery. They clarified that, instead of the supplied plastic adapter, I needed to use the cardboard adapter supplied with the sim. Luckily I had kept this. I suggest Oakcastle include the photos in the instructions, as there is no info on how to insert the sim.
Phone is great value - shame about the inadequate instructions.

I have a very specific use for the CD-100 & was initially disappointed that I could not get my AirPods to connect via Bluetooth. Oakcastle support was very responsive and provided the step by step instructions I needed make it work. I’m thrilled to now have access to the huge CD collection I was gifted!
We love our CD player
We love our CD player. We have the BX200 and it is just the right size to take when we travel. The Bluetooth feature is wonderful. I can connect my phone and play my satellite radio without having to buy a separate base unit for my home. My granddaughters love the Pink color.
A great product with excellent customer service. I couldn’t find the instructions and an email was answered quickly with a follow up.
