Complete rip off and a real disgrace
Complete rip off and a real disgrace. They forced us to pay an extra 189 euros for insurance we did not need (we already had perfectly good insurance), and said if we didn’t do so, we would lose all the money we had already paid for the car hire, which could not be refunded. Apparently, it’s in their 25 page t&c’s, due to the card we wanted to use to pay.
Don’t recommend them
Don’t recommend them! We booked and paid for it through Ryanair Car Hire. Our flight was delayed by six hours. We informed the rental company via text message, which was received (we have confirmation). We also contacted Ryanair Car Hire and they confirmed that they had informed the rental company and that the company would keep our car despite the delay being the airline's fault. When we arrived at the rental company, we discovered that our reservation had been canceled and our money was gone. It was very stressful, and we don't recommend them.
All worked out as expected.

Unreliable collection times and terrible customer service.
I had booked the car for 17:30 and, due to airport delays, arrived at the OK Mobility (Pisa Airport, Italy) desk at 21:00 of the same day. The desk was closed, unlike all the other car rental companies. I tried the phone numbers +39 3485431693 (OK Mobility Pisa), +39 06452117280 (OK Mobility Italia), +34 871055312 (OK Mobility Help), but there was no answer.
The next morning, I arrived at the desk at 9:00. The attendant, managed by Benedeta, told me I had lost my booking because I arrived late. I was told my arrival at 21:00 was outside the “grace period of 4 hours.” However, it was only 3.5 hours after the booked time. See OK Mobility General Conditions, item 2.2:
“2.2 Late Pickup: Within the "Check-out" schedule of the OK Mobility reservation, a grace period of 4 hours will be granted for the vehicle pickup at no additional cost. Once the courtesy period has elapsed, the lessee will have the possibility to reactivate their reservation within a maximum period of 48 hours from the "check out" time of the reservation”
Additionally, I was told my car had already been checked out by someone else that morning because the desk had opened at 8:00. I was told I would have to rent a larger car and, because my AMEX card wasn’t being accepted for the deposit, I would have to pay for insurance (OK Limited Cover EUR 216.00).
Due to the aforementioned series of events, my wife, my 4-year-old daughter, and I had to look for a hotel near the airport for the night. This was extremely stressful, given how late it was and because we were together with a small child.
I will never rent a car from OK Mobility again.
OK Mobility Zagreb Airport refused vehicle unless I bought their insurance
I had a confirmed booking with OK Mobility at Zagreb Airport with clear terms: a credit card deposit and optional insurance. I arrived with a valid physical credit card (sufficient limit) and my own excess insurance, which is standard practice.
At the counter, I was told I would not get the car unless I purchased their insurance. The staff kept repeating that their “system doesn’t allow” proceeding without it, but could not point to any written condition or explain why the booking terms were not being followed.
I have rented from OK Mobility before under the same setup (deposit + own insurance), so this was inconsistent and unexpected.
The interaction was unpleasant and unhelpful. No alternative was offered, and the desk closed early (around 21:30, despite stated hours until 22:00), leaving me without a vehicle.
This experience appears to contradict their own published conditions, which state that a credit card hold should be sufficient if optional coverage is not taken.
Overall, a frustrating experience. If you plan to rely on your own insurance, be aware you may be required to purchase additional cover at the counter or risk being refused the car.

The agents were very kind and respectful. Specially mrs. Sibel who is always empathic, spending time to explain things in details. She is very resourceful. The service received was very satisfactory.
Prepaid, Stranded, and Billed Twice: My Experience with OK Mobility at Casablanca Airport
I reserved a car (Dacia Duster) for 11 days with OK Mobility at CMN airport. My flight to Casablanca was canceled and I immediately notified both the local agency and central customer service via email and WhatsApp. Central customer service never responded (laughable, at this point). The local agency redirected me to "corporate customer service." No one took ownership.
I had prepaid the rental and only needed the pickup moved by one day after traveling overnight from the U.S. I was not asking for a refund and was willing to pay for the extra day. Instead, OK Mobility charged me a separate insurance premium just to keep the reservation active — effectively billing twice for one day due to an airline cancellation (prepaid rental and full insurance). Their policy: miss the pickup time, and the reservation is canceled regardless of prepayment or prior communication.
When I arrived, the attendant took over an hour to reach the designated pickup location despite multiple calls and WhatsApp messages.
The car I reserved was not available. I was given an older, heavily worn substitute — scratched on nearly every panel, visibly damaged interior, stained seats (described by the attendant as "super glue"), weak acceleration, and excessive fuel consumption: roughly 400 km per 700 MAD tank (€70/$88). The direct financial consequence of being handed a poorly maintained vehicle instead of what was booked. The two other vehicles I was offered looked even worse than the beaten Chinese MG.
The fuel policy made it worse: the car was provided with 1/4 tank and had to be returned at exactly that level, forcing constant guesswork to avoid penalties.
A €100 cleanliness deposit was held despite the car being dusty inside and out at pickup. When I raised the issue about the deposit since the car isn't even clean, I was told to return it "the same way."
The counter attendant was dismissive, argumentative, and unwilling to acknowledge any issue -- the substituted vehicle, the policies, or the circumstances of a canceled international flight.
OK Mobility's (or this attendant as he seemed on a power trip) pattern across every touchpoint: rigid when policies generate revenue, absent when customers need support (same as when I stood outside CMN for an hour waiting to be picked up).
Travel disruptions happen. Good companies respond reasonably. OK Mobility goes silent when needed and reappears only to charge more.
Book elsewhere. If anything changes in your trip, expect no flexibility, no accountability, and higher costs.
The one exception: the return attendant was courteous and professional — the only positive interaction in the entire experience.

Shuttlebuses were on time. Nice airport crew was professional and helpful. All in all - a good experience. Minus - you can't reach the office via phone. There should be such an opportunity.

I rented a car online and took out insurance. When I arrived, they wouldn't let me take the car unless I bought insurance through Ok Mobility. Suddenly, my credit card was invalid. Which is not true. I had to rent a car elsewhere for a price that would have cost me two flights. Don't book here. You'll be ripped off!

Absolutely horrendous experience
Had an absolutely horrendous experience in okmobility Lyon. We paid in advance for the car and when we arrived they didn't let us choose the deposit unless we paid by credit card. Since we only had debit cards, the only other option was to pay a non-refundable insurance for OVER 200 EURO. This has never happened in any other rental company we've used, and we were always able to choose the deposit option and pay with a debit card. We decided to rent from another company but the money we paid for the booking was not refunded. We will never use their services in any other country, avoid at all cost.

This company is pure fraud. They change the terms on the spot, double the deposit, suddenly “block” your credit card, and then force you to buy a ridiculous €550 insurance on a €290 rental. Every customer gets systematically scammed.
After refusing for an hour, suddenly everything “worked” again as if nothing was wrong – clear proof of deliberate fraud.
OK Mobility = LIES, ABUSE and THEFT.
They ruin your holiday, steal your money and treat customers like dirt.

Bitter experience with OK Mobility Bilbao Airport
Bitter experience with OK Mobility when dropping car back at Bilbao Airport. We were diligent in checking the car when we collected it and took photos as it had quite a few scratches and damage to the wheels and we took a photo of the fuel gauge so as not to be caught out. However we were charged an excess mileage fee of 38 euros - they said we had travelled 1596 km when we knew we had travelled around 350 max. Unfortunately the mileage does not stay visible on the dash of the Skoda Kamiq (Registration Plate number: 5837 MSB) once you turn on the engine so our photo did not capture it. Our own fault for not checking the mileage on the contract against the quick flash on the dashboard so we'd advise you to be aware of this. We do not know how we have been scammed, e.g. perhaps they missed out the mileage of the last person before us who rented it but we know for a fact it was only taken from the airport to San Sebastian and back with just a short day trip to a nearby town in between. While it was not a huge sum of money, it was the principle and it's left a bitter taste having caused unnecessary stress, upset and expense at Bilbao airport at the end of our holiday.
Good value for the price
We rented a car in Majorca via OK Mobility and had a good experience. The staff was really nice, the car was decent (small damage), and we even got upgraded for free. I will use OK Mobility again
