Scammed €300 do not use

Was told to have credit card in my name when collecting a hire car in Italy. Got there and had credit card in my name on my phone, car hire company never specified that it was physical card only (in 2026) hire car company refused Apple Pay u less an extra €550 was spent(they could use Apple Pay just wouldn’t let us without the extra money) asked stress free to change lead drivers name so we could use another credit card (physical) and they said it wasn’t possible due to this our other drivers lost out on their hire car as we was trying to sort ours. Looked good at face value however useless at helping to find a solution and no refund available even though we did not receive the goods or services we paid for, money grab left us stranded in MILAN should’ve been a 2 hour journey then took us 10 hours, would not recommend pay more go for a more trusted company

I have to write in english

I have to write in english. Everything good this time. My flight was in time so my car was left in your garage. I had a damage which I show the staff and they gave me a cost and an invoice very quickly. Previous time you cancelled my booking due to delayed flight which was unfair. I arrived same day just 4 hours late and I had to pay the cost of the car and cost of a new car a cab which I didnt wanted. Your rules for delays are not good.

We rented a car last year in Athens(…

We rented a car last year in Athens( 2025) and the battery was flat out after a day.
We bought and fitted a new battery as we had no answer on the contact number given.
When the car was returned they said to make a copy of the recipe and that the money will be returned.
After multiple emails and attempts they asked for a bank account in greece witch we did not have as we were turists.
This year we went back and asked for the refund and they said is a different company now. Ok mobility was then and the same company name was now.
As a result they dismissed us very fast with no positive outcome

DO NOT USE

Lied about the rental being at the airport, it's a shuttle to the city.
Paid for a 5 seater, got a 4 seater so we had to hire a second car. Staff have been incredibly unhelpful and have just argued with me rather than offer a solution.

This is biggest scam company that I…

This is biggest scam company that I have used in rental cars. That says a lot. Whatever you do, do not use this company. Any other company will end up much cheaper. First was that I had to pay 70 eur for fuel, but then I could deliver the fuel tank empty back. I accepted, but was invoiced another 63 eur for fuel. Then I was charged 40 eur for delivering after hours, but I delivered it within hours to a guy. Then It was delivered without damages, and guy receiving car said it was ok. It was charged 300 eur for damages. Then it was added so that in total I had 9 extra invoices to the rental. If you include the extra fuel I had to pay when picking up it adds up to 10 extra charges. This guys should be in prison, not running a company.

I rented a car from OK Mobility in Rome…

I rented a car from OK Mobility in Rome and was charged a €100 fuel deposit at the start of the rental.

The condition was clear: pick up the car with a full tank and return it full — which I did, fully complying with the agreement.

However, despite returning the vehicle correctly and with no issues reported, the €100 deposit has still not been released to my card.

I have already contacted customer service, but received no response so far.

This is very concerning, as there is no justification for retaining this amount.

I kindly ask OK Mobility to urgently review this case and proceed with the immediate release of the €100 fuel deposit.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through official European consumer protection channels and my card provider.

Reservation details are available upon request.

I expect a quick resolution.

Never again!

I rented a car in February 2026 via Discover Cars from OK Mobility—specifically a Dacia Sandero. I arrived on time at Zagreb Airport on Easter Sunday and went to the OK Mobility counter. David, who claimed to be the manager, informed me that they no longer had a Dacia Sandero available. I was not informed of this in advance; I only found out at the airport. According to Discover Cars, OK Mobility had confirmed the reservation in February and no updates were received from them.
Instead, David tried to upsell me to an Opel Mokka for an additional EUR 60.00. For context, the rental price for the Dacia Sandero for the period from 05/04 to 10/04/2026 was EUR 63.32. In summary, OK Mobility wanted to charge me almost the full rental price again for an issue that was not my fault. That means because OK Mobility was unable to provide the vehicle reserved in February, I was the one expected to pay extra.
No surprise, if you’ve met David. If that’s not his real name—the gentleman was at the OK Mobility counter at Zagreb Airport on 05/04/2026 at 13:30.
Conclusion: Everything but not OK, and everything but no “mobility” regarding customer service or support. Incompetence and unfriendliness are competing for first place. Never again OK Mobility—I’d rather walk.

Good rental Company.

I've rented cars with OK Mobility Alicante airport now than 10 now. Very pleased with the service X value for money. The Team are friendly and attentive, the new office in the car park itself are also much better. My only comment would be that the rewards programme is poor but it does not affect my decision to pick OK Mobility each time. Recommended.

We arrive at Lyon airport at 7:40 and the rental office was already closed, and we was not able to rent the car. We paid without having no service!
During the procedure of rental there was not information about the office rental closing time. Also other person was in the same situtaion

Very bad experience

Very bad experience! I rented a motorcycle in Ibiza and kept receiving emails saying everything was fine, even that I could use the fast track. Then, when I got there, they said they didn’t have motorcycles and would refund my money. After I explained that I had made my travel plans around riding a motorcycle and insisted a bit more, they gave me a motorcycle, with the left mirror broken and falling off, which was very difficult in traffic, with the rear brake not working. And many more problems (broken seat, broken helmet, etc.). My partner couldn’t put her foot on the footrest because the right footrest didn’t open properly, and I have some experience; otherwise, there would have definitely been an accident.

The worst car rental experience I’ve…

The worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.

The staff at the Bergamo Airport location were extremely unpolite and unhelpful from the very beginning. The car we received was in a very poor condition—dirty inside and clearly not properly maintained. On top of that, the AdBlue was completely empty, and we had to refill it ourselves, which is absolutely unacceptable for a rental service.

We were also surprised with excessive extra fees, including 175€ just to be allowed to leave the country. This was not made clear upfront and felt like a hidden charge.

Another major inconvenience: they do not accept virtual cards—which, in 2026, is simply outdated and impractical.

Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise avoiding this company

Car in good condition.
Although there was no one at pick up in the garage, it compensates with price.
Fast deposit return after rental with no damage.
Service (at deliver) in garage was quite good.
Overall experience very satisfied and price/quality relation was very good.
