Although my mortgage took nearly 4 months to complete because I was transferring from Islamic finance to a conventional mortgage. I have notning but praise for One money.
I found Elise very helpful and always prompt and efficient. I'm sure she has many cases to deal with on a daily basis but she always makes every client feel their case is priority and is very efficient, responsive and helpful.
It makes a refreshing change to deal with someone who is skilled at customer service and knows how to reassure the client. This was a new experience for Elise also dealing with the transfer from Islamic finance and she stepped upto the challenge and was informative and helpful. Which is the reason I'm not frustrated at the delay in the mortgage being processed as I would have been otherwise. Sophia was also very friendly and helpful. As all the staff at one money offer great customer service in my experience. For the effort and commitment the advisors put in. I was amazed at how little this company get paid for securing this mortgage deal. Thank you Elise for all your help. And I will be recommending your company.

Being a 1st time buyer you would think it will be stressful, sleepless nights etc. I can honestly say I wasn't stressed or worried about anything I had a lovely lady called Elise that sorted everything out for me she definitely went out of her way at times making phone calls sending emails to keep everything running along smoothly.
