One Money 

When looking for a BTL mortgage, a colleague recommended to use One Money and contact Sophia. From the very first call to Sophia, I was made to feel comfortable & that first impression gave me the confidence to continue work with her. Once I confirmed what I was looking for, Sophia came back within 24hrs with a lender who was willing to lend. Although there were issues with the lender threatening to pull the offer (no fault of One Money), Sophia managed to secure the deal without me ever getting involved with the lender. From there in the dad to day actively was handled by Elise who equally was excellent.
My thanks to Sophia & Elise for all their hard work and a really professional service.
So, would I use One Money again? A definite YES. Would I recommend One Money to family & friends? Again a definite YES.

Initially I found OneMoney to be good and they presented a number of options to us. Once we had chosen what we felt was the best option we thought it would be plain sailing, sadly Santander caused a number of issues for us which was not OneMoney's fault.

OneMoney came up with other options for us pretty quickly and it went through really smoothly with our current provider who offered us a similar deal over a longer period.

My Mortgage Advisor of 15 years who provided an excellent service, retired recently and I had concerns of finding a replacement.

When I contacted One Money, they made me feel comfortable, listened, and attended to my needs in a very professional manner.
