Machine worked well for a few days then…
Machine worked well for a few days then it wouldn’t charge up. Contacted Physion who after a week of emails containing emails, they asked me to return the item to China! As the firsts one took 3 weeks to arrive, I estimated that the replacement (if they agreed to send one) would take 6 weeks to arrive.
Physion then offered to send a replacement…….. four weeks later I’m still waiting.
I had no idea that they were shipped from China, if I had known this I would have purchased from that well known online shop that offers next day delivery and accepts no quibble returns.
Lesson learnt to either buy local, or from a big online shop!
On a plus, it did work well for the 4 days of its life.

Replacement unit
Bought my unit last August and it stopped working 2 weeks ago, so still under warranty. I emailed customer services who requested a video of the unit showing it not working and within 3 days I had received a brand new Physion Mini.
I found them to be very helpful and prompt with replying to my emails.

I love the physion mini…
I was hesitant at first to buy the product as I did see it will be shipped from overseas. However, receiving it after over a week, I ended up being extremely pleased and amazed with the power and build of the physion mini. It relieves my sore muscles after long walks, running, home workouts, and tennis! Best buy!

Great product. SOLID
Great product! it has a use for everyone, whether your a gym user, runner or just an active person it helps with short term muscle relief. I think having a proper massage session done by someone else over your whole body on a regular basis would have more long standing affects. However using it on your self is SIMPLE and EASY.
Long battery life. Quality build. Fast speeds with a lot of pressure you can add yourself without affecting the motors.

Super product
I purchased the Physion mini a few months ago, I'd not used it much but in last few weeks was using for a leg problem. Unfortunately the product was not holding a charge, so I contacted customer service. They were extremely helpful and after a few emails I had a new mini which is super! The company are very customer friendly and the mini is a great product.

Defective - Battery/charging
DO NOT BUY!
Although at first I really liked this product, it recently ran out of charge and now it is DEAD. There is no apparent way to charge the product thus it is obviously defective.
After a little more research it appears this is a very common issue with this product.
Such a shame that they couldn’t get this right.
Feel like I’ve been taken for a ride by @onephysion.
Please heed the advice of the numerous stories of appalling customer service and defective massage guns. Remember, DO NOT BUY!

Physion Mini is a great value product
Physion Mini is a great value product. Ive been using it for a few weeks and its been absolutely fantastic. The build quality is excellent and its very compact. It is fairly powerful in spite of its small size, easily massaging even large muscle groups. Ive been charging it about once in 2 weeks with 10-20 minutes of use few everyday. Delivery took about 10-12 days which is as per the website. All in all I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Physion mini
Have had a few niggles recently so decided to buy the physion mini. Great product, 4 speeds loads of different heads to hit the spot.
I am using it 5 mins a day on my lower back after recent muscle damage and pinched nerves and it is helping massively with the recovery.
Can’t recommend it enough. Especially at £60 you won’t be disappointed

I bought a one physion massage gun last…
I bought a one physion massage gun last April, it’s still not a year old , and it won’t charge , contacted support and their reply was less than helpful, they said that’s what happens with batteries and it’s not covered in the warranty, I’m not happy and personally I would never buy this brand again,
Got a reply from one physion regarding battery warranty , It’s really my fault because I used the massage gun, they are still not accepting that they sell a product with a very short life span
A battery should last more than a year , that’s my opinion

Incredible results instantly!
I bought this thanks to a friends recommendation and it’s the best purchase ever! I go to the gym 6 days a week and ache everywhere so my evenings are spent with my massage machine! It works absolute wonders! My husband’s chiropractor said it’s brilliant too and to keep using! I honestly couldn’t live without it! So easy to use, light to hold and I can even get to the tough bits! Would recommend to anybody!!
