From the initial contact I was made to feel important. Ease to say as I was buying a tub from them but it was different. Talked me through all options even when my wife changed the tub before it was delivered was not a problem. The two lads that came with it fitted it with extreme care .talked us through how it all worked and what chemicals to put in .can not thank them enough.

I'm sorry about the wait for one of the products you ordered from our website, when we got your order we were facing a delay with our suppliers on one of the products, this is a rare occurrence of which we had no control over and therefore were unable to complete your order straight away. We did warn all customers awaiting the product, including yourself via email and sent the other products out that we had. As soon as the item came from our supplier we sent it straight out to you. Usually we have much quicker timing on these things but unfortunately on this occasion we faced issues we couldn't control.
We can see your order is now completed and everything received and we did keep you updated. If there is anything else we can help you with, please get in touch.

We would definitely recommend online spa's from the 1st phone call with mikey asking for advice on the best tub for our garden to visiting the showroom the next day nick was very professional and answered all our questions we had the tub delivered a week later. Miles and his mate (sorry forgot your name) were very professional and the instalation went very well Miles explained about the chemicals when all was finished all the rubbish was collected and they took it with them. nick rung later to ask uf everything went well

We always wanted a hot tub and finally got one, great sales service, I’m very funny with buying off line and wanted to see the hot tub so I see what I was buying so they opened on a Sunday for me and delivered/fitted within a week.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish…
Absolutely amazing from start to finish very friendly and helpful kept in contact with me at all times. Even after a year of getting my tub I still get calls just to check in and make sure everything is ok. The set up team were also very professional showed us how we use the tub was set up very well other than they forgot to bring the filter which was obviously not a problem they sent it to me so all good I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service from online spas
I got the amazing Maldives spa from online spas. The delivery was great and easy, all I had to do was make sure the gate was wide enough and the electrics were right type and they took care of everything else.

Been waiting for our faulty seven…
Had a warranty issue with a seven seater hot tub we purchased from Olnline Spas two years ago.
Online Spas replaced it with a brand new identical tub.
They also fitted a new insulated cover and replaced the step.
They even paid for the crane lift into the property.
There installation guys were fantastic can’t fault there Customerservice.
Fair play to Online Spas for going the extra mile on the warranty issue 👌🏽You

Great service from start to finish. Mickey in sales helped us choose the right tub, Nick helped pre install and the install team were fab. Post sales from Annie was great, lots of helpful advice. Even the MD took the time to call and offer advice !
