What a great company
What a great company , from start to finish you could not do enough. Very hard when we are on the south coast and you are near Leeds.
But the installer got here about 1930 at night and still did the full install .
Just love it lovely Hot Tub and you sorted all the electrics out and that was a top job . Thank you all so much would recommend your company to anyone and everyone .

Absolutely terrible company I would never recommend you to buy anything from me. I’ve got the hot tub brand-new in September in November. One of the dials broke. I have been calling and emailing ever since to get it fixed. We have had no jets since then and they have no intentions of coming out to fix it, I will now have to pay for a company to come and fix it. I have called all the numbers I had when I was trying to sell it and all of the staff of left. Very much not recommended.

Miles and John fitted my spa with ease even though it wasn’t an easy task. Everything they had to move to get the spa into place was put back. They were extremely helpful. I would totally recommend Online Spas as everything was so simple from ordering the spa right through to delivery. They sorted out everything from the payment plan, the electrician and delivery.
