Probably the worst choice for your domains...

Not able to process credit card renewals - tried with 2 cards.
No customer support only a very bad AS bot (stupidity, not intelligence).
Trying to move to a provider who handles credit card payments, has decent customer support and the prices are almost half. Hope that they send me the auth codes at least - manual process...

TLDR: probably anyhting else would be better

Answer from onlydomains is misleading. NOTHING is Olved. The finally provided a password for the domain transfer. But its not the auth code I need. transfer rejeced. Telling them that leads to: same email, same password and anther rejected transfer. Have not experienced such unprofessional behavior in decades in IT.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience with OnlyDomains.

I attempted to transfer my domain winpro.mu to their platform, but the process has been extremely frustrating. I followed the instructions provided by their support team, yet the transfer keeps failing due to authorization code issues.

Despite providing the updated AuthInfo code received directly from the current registrar, I was asked multiple times to resubmit the transfer request and even proceed with payment again. This has created unnecessary confusion and delays.

I have opened several support tickets and sent multiple replies, but it is not always clear where the response should be sent, and communication has been very slow. At this point, I am still waiting for a clear resolution.

A domain transfer should be a straightforward process, especially for a professional service provider. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been time-consuming and frustrating.

I hope OnlyDomains can improve their support and communication to avoid putting customers through this kind of situation.

My go-to place for buying domains

My go-to place for buying domains. Their DNS setup is excellent. Very easy to work with. I have more than 25 years of developer experience, and I work with new domains for web applications all the time. This aspect is especially superb in OnlyDomains compared to other places.

Helpful and speedy

I had a great experience with Suman helping me set up a new dns for our site. Response to my emails was always quick and informative. Having an online contactable presence gives me peace of mind going forward.

The worst service I've ever seen

The worst service I've ever seen. The domain I registered with them stopped working. I tried contacting customer support for three days and only received automated responses. They still haven't resolved the issue and don't even want to answer my questions. They're horribly scammers. I had to move the site to another domain and lost a lot of Google traffic. Don't deal with them!

Rogine saved me

I was locked out of my domain because I made a stupid MX record error. That error stopped me from getting email, so I couldn't get the multifactor code. Ugh. I couldn't figure out what to do until Rogine saved me. So helpful, thank you!

Never had problems with OnlyDomains

Never had problems with OnlyDomains, everytime I need assistance I get it through the web chat in a few minutes. Another interesting point is that OnlyDomains is the only one register who can manage over 900 domain extensions. For me is a TOP level Register.

Human in chat (NINA) great lovely

The human in the chat (NINA) was very helpful. She renewed our expired domain (auto-renew didn't go through) and I couldn't access my account since my 2fa went to an email with the expired domain.

Domain transfer

Tech issues are usually resolved but with a few back and forward requests. Transferring domains remains an issue as the auth code generated from the domain dashboard doesn't work.

They will hold your domains hostage when you try to leave.

I am currently trying to transfer my business domains away from OnlyDomains, and they are flat-out refusing to provide the Auth-Info (EPP) transfer codes. One of my critical domains expires in less than 48 hours. Instead of simply generating the code as they are legally required to do by regulatory bodies like ICANN and MYNIC, their support team is using deliberate stalling tactics.

After ignoring my initial requests, they finally replied saying my request is "under review," and then completely stopped responding to my urgent follow-ups. There is absolutely nothing to review. As the legal registrant, I have an absolute right to my transfer codes immediately. They are artificially delaying the process to run down the clock, seemingly trying to force my domains to expire so I am trapped into renewing with them.

If you run a business, value your digital property, and want a registrar that respects your legal rights and provides actual customer service, stay far away from OnlyDomains. Unacceptable and predatory business practices.

Absolute nightmare. Stay away.

Total disaster. They gave me a broken authorization code (to transfer domain) and then went silent for days. When you actually manage to reach support, they promise to solve it immediately and then just disappear, marking the tickets as "solved" without doing a thing. I’m days away from losing my domain because of their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

A high bar set

Hi there
I had an issue with a work email account not showing up in Outlook, which I use as a repository for 5 different emails I have. The webhosting control panel and the webmail user interface outfits had help/support links that were extremely difficult to negotiate, and they ultimately referred you back to the FAQ section where you attempted to locate, identify and solve your own problem. Instruction on how to wend your way around all this and contact their Support or Help was frustratingly unclear.
That's OK if you know what you're doing!
I am a digital immigrant.
Quite by chance, I contacted OnlyDomains to see if they could help. I got an immediate response, with clear instructions on how to fix the issue.
Furthermore, I then got a follow-up message from a human asking if the issue had been fixed.
