I absolutely love this plunge pod max! I’ve been going in it everyday since it arrived. I have a condition which make my muscles tight and painful… this is soo much better! The tightness has gone from my legs! I sit for about 10 mi utes every morning, I feel so refreshed and awake after my dip! I absolutely love it! Great product very easy to assemble and looks great!

Waited for 1 month and a half to the order to arrive. They've upgraded fr the normal do the max but it was just delay after delay. The pod now seemd fine, generous size and good lucking and simple. There was a piece that didn't have instructions on how to use it.

No phone number on website
Fake dpd emails saying it’s on its way with no tracking number
There address is some Istanbul cafe in Worthing ( not their warehouse as they claim)
They don’t reply to emails
There emails are most likely AI written
Countless emails saying there were delays with customs etc etc the usual bull shoot !
All in all a bunch of disgraceful fraudsters
I paid through klarna and when disputed, they froze repayments, but when opti gave me a “discount” on my bill, they reopened my payments, have had strong words with klarna also !
But you have to get your money back from opti therapy themselves so klarna won’t help
Surprise surprise they don’t communicate or even acknowledge your request for a refund.
Can’t believe I was duped, should have read reviews here first, don’t trust any adverts on fb anymore

The quality of the kit is very good, I'm a bigger chap and its still got plenty of room.
Delivery was slow but they kept in communication with me.

I appreciate that you had your ups and downs with delivery, but the product itself makes up for any inconvenience as it is proving extremely successful. Aesthetically it fits in extremely well into its position and compared to other products in the marketplace leads the way for quality and value.
I would also like to make a positive comment about your Customer Services approach, as it was most reassuring and avoided the necessity for the inevitable chasing!

1 star is too much, a shambles from start to finish, took over 6 weeks to arrive. I emailed them 4 weeks after order was put in to cancel the order, this was ignored, 2 weeks later got an email that it would arrive soon, again I emailed to cancel and it was ignored again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered the opti plunge pool and it took 4 months to arrive and when it did it was damaged. I contacted the company via email (only option you have!) several times and I’ve been ignored. Beware I reviewed the product honestly with 1 star on their website and it was removed!!!! This is not allowing customers to leave honest feedback, they are only accepting good reviews!!. I would strongly advise you do not purchase from this company, very unprofessional and running off a wing and a prayer.

Great product, company is not a scam like so many are saying. They had delivery problems and kept in contact with me through emails. Yes the deliver was far longer than it said it would be when I placed the order, but I wasn’t in a rush for the order. Just feel all these complaining are impatient and maybe they should have cancelled and gone elsewhere if they need the product so badly.

I generally believe this is a scam. I ordered luckily through my credit card and never received the product. They kept emailing saying it was coming. It never did. DO NOT BUY

Not the best of companies, they told me after 10 days that there was a further 30 day waiting issue with customs and offered an upgrade. I politely declined and notified Klarna for a refund, this company has had terrible reviews. I've since recieved an ice pod from Lumi therapy whom I would recommend

I ordered on 14th August 2023 and received no communication about when it will arrive.
I have emailed 3 times but no response
I have been going through treatment for stage 3 breast cancer since December so I am unable to work but purchased this pool for its health benefits.
Now it would seem that it is a scam and I have lost money that I really couldnt afford to loose.
*Update 15/10/2023*
After my initial review I did receive emails from the company apologising about an issue with their system.
Since then they have kept me updated with the issues that they had with getting the product’s into the UK.
My product was upgraded without me asking and as soon as it arrived in the UK it was delivered to me the following day.
It is a long wait for the pod and the company seem to be having some teething problems but it’s not a scam company as I initially thought and I wish them all of the best.
I haven’t used the product yet so will update when I have.

AWFUL. Do not buy. I ordered 3 months ago and have had NO SIGN of the product, and no replies to any of my emails. So bad, disgraceful.

Been waiting over 20 days. No correspondence. No acknowledgement of requests for update on order. Money taken out of account. Want a refund, still nothing back. Awful company. Do not purchase

This should be zero stars. Been over the delivery forecast and unfortunately i have only just seen these reviews. Emailed 4 times with no response to any even though their website states will be answered in under 24 hours. Looks like i have been SCAMMED, however paid using Klarna so hoping can do something about this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Unfortunately I purchased on the 5th August before checking here. I still don’t have my product and they are not responding to emails.

Still awaiting my product. They sent an email soon after I ordered to say that my product was no longer available and they would send an alternative, which I don’t want, but they have failed to respond to any emails confirming delivery within originally indicated timescale or a refund which I requested if they couldn’t honour my order. I’ve managed to research the company online which is based in the south of England apparently above a pub and was only set up in early summer. If legit, why are they not responding to emails and caring about customer service. Sadly, I’m inclined to agree with others that this is a scam!

Item not arrived, ordered 2months ago.
No response from support...
Shame on you!!!
