Terrible customer service and no sign…

Terrible customer service and no sign of my order or any kind of idea when it will even be dispatched. I want to get a refund and order from a better company but all of my communications go unanswered. Absolutely rubbish

Item received but its faulty and wont respond to any communication

Item received but its faulty. Have emailed them asking for replacement or refund but not even getting any kind of response. Just nothing. Will have to go through Citizen Advice Trading Standards now. Such a pain. Bought as a 50th Birthday present for partner. Cant afford to purchase another one unless they refund me. So disappointed. They obviously dont care how their actions can impact on others 😞

This is 100% a scam I got a few emails…

This is 100% a scam I got a few emails saying that they everything was sorted and that the delivery was on the way, then further emails to say it got delayed at costumes, then it was on the way again I still haven’t had anything it’s been 2months

Avoid

Been 14 days now, haven't received it. They sent an email 8 days in saying it’s delayed and will arrive in 7 days. I sent them an email, no reply. There’s no contact number on their website.

Avoid this company, No Product, No Refund

Unfortunately I think I’ve been scammed! I didn’t believe at first when I questioned when will my product be delivered. (Ordered product at the end of July it’s now 16th August, I think delivery was being advertised for 7 days!) When I emailed customers support (no contact number) I had a very detailed email back from Natalie Clarke - Customer Service Manager and I totally understood and was willing to wait but I needed it for a birthday present! The last email I had of her said it was going to be dispatched shortly. I asked when and if it will be delivered by Thursday this week and if it’s not I will like to start the refund process. I haven’t receive a reply, emailed one more time and still nothing. No reply, no product and no refund!

Below are her replies to my first few emails:-

First and foremost, I would like to express our sincere apologies for the delay in dispatching your order. We understand how important it is for you to receive your products promptly, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

The reason for the delay is due to unforeseen circumstances at our supplier's end. They have encountered unexpected production challenges, which have led to a slight delay in fulfilling our orders. We have been in constant communication with them, and they are working diligently to expedite the manufacturing process and ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible.

Please be assured that we are doing everything within our capacity to resolve this situation promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering the highest level of service to our valued customers like you.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused, and we are grateful for your understanding.

Avoid like the plague
Still waiting on delivery, get the odd email apparently explaining everything, all they say is there is a delay, no timeframes or further information. They they ignore all further emails and requests for a refund.

Still no reply from these there is a few good reviews on here but they are definitely from them themselves.this company is a definite scam.ive paid 90 pound no replys from emails I've sent.still no plunge pool delivered SCAM COMPANY WITH NO CONTACT DETAILS

Severely delayed delivery

Delivery delayed for over a month. They threw in some free stuff as a softener which was a nice gesture but no excuse for this level of delay. Also customs charge was 30e which I had to raise with them to resolve. All in all very disappointing service.

Good product, bad customer service

I can’t fault the product - nice plunge pool that does the job. Although it could really do with a proper all weather cover to keep debris from falling in - I’ve ended up covering mine up in a tarpaulin, which defeats the object of having a nice pattern on the outside of the plunge pool.

As a lot of the reviews have pointed out - a slow and misleading delivery process, with some decent communication. If there was a bit more reactivity to their emails (I’ve had 2 go completely unanswered) I’d be more sympathetic to a small company but it just seems a bit half-hearted.

Brilliant Product and Super Service

Excellent communication when waiting for delivery and when it did arrive, our ice bath has been a revelation!

Love the wood effect and over product feels like a really good quality. Easy to build, simple to store and easy to clean. Use this every day and can’t recommend it enough.

We love our ice bath

We love our ice bath! Wood effect is amazing! Yes our parcel was delayed but the company kept us updated every step of the way and also gave a free cover due to the inconvenience. I cannot fault them and think the product is brilliant! Some of the shopping/customs issues are out of their control. We didn’t mind waiting at all as we knew what was happening! I’d recommend

Brilliant Ice Plunge Pod

Brilliant Ice Plunge Pod.
Superb product and service from OptiTherapy.

Pod is great design, stands out from others and looks great when set up. Very robust and well made, and super easy to assemble.

Best communication I've received when buying a product for a long time! Regular updates via email throughout the process to update on delivery, even to confirm what day the products would be leaving their warehouse. And even then it arrived 2 days early.

Cannot fault these guys or their product!

Scam artists at work

Ridiculous company. Ordered 3 months ago, very little feedback as to why product hasn’t been delivered. No phone number to contact them. No refund. Looking at 5 star reviews gave- two within the space of an hour of each other pretty obvious it’s an inside job trying to bring their ratings up so people will fall for their scam. Avoid at all costs
