DO NOT BUY from this site!! The poorest quality dresses! when requested a return shipping label I was told it would cost 20-50Euros to return them when I paid in USD. When I objected they began a negotiating tactic whereas I could keep the dresses and refund 17% of my purchase. It was a battle and I succumbed to 35% refund! HORRIBLE issue!!!!

The website leads you to believe you are ordering from sophisticated company based, owned and started by a couple in New York. The reality is the company is based and owned out of China specializing in scamming US citizens and selling them inferior products which you cannot return cost efficiently back to China. I thought I was ordering a cotton tee shirt. What arrived all the way from China was a tee shirt three sizes too small and made of some type of man made material. I honestly do not know what the material is because there was no identifying material label anywhere on the garment, which is illegal in the US.

The design style is advanced and precisely as it is depicted on the site. These works contribute a lot of contemporary sophistication to my wardrobe. I am highly pleased with the purchase.

Orion New York is a Chinese company so the sizing is for Asians. It took a month to get my dress and of course it is too small. The dress is beautiful and had I known it was a Chinese company, I would’ve ordered a size up! Now I have to pay for return shipping TO CHINA which they don’t tell you on their website. It’ll cost a minimum of $25. I will never order from them again. What part of “Orion New York” indicates a Chinese company?

In addition to my previous review I had commented about their scamming ways under pictures on their Instagram site. Coincidentally tthey have taken down all photos from their instagram site now.

I should have looked for reviews before ordering! Extremely long wait time. Terrible quality. And don’t expect anything close to a full refund. I ended up getting a 10% refund for items that looked nothing like what was pictured, and were super cheap quality.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The dress I ordered was pathetic. It looked like a nightgown. The fabric was thin and the dress did not look anything like the image. I requested a refund and was given the option of a 10% return and keep the dress or send it back which would be $20-$30. I refused and was given the option of a 20% return of my money or again the costly return to China. I do not recommend this company and will never order from them again.

I don't have much new to add to the existing negative reviews, but I am hoping that the more negative reviews posted, fewer people will get scammed. I purchased two dresses and the dresses I received were not even close to those pictured on the website. Their return policy states the customer is not responsible for shipping if the items received are INCORRECT. I received a long sleeved dress when the dress I ordered was clearly short-sleeved. I went back and forth with customer service over receiving incorrect items, including sending pictures, and they never acknowledged the items were incorrect. All of their emails just repeated, "we're sorry you're disappointed." Their best offer was a 35% partial refund. As others have said, lesson learned.

I bought a dress, but when it arrived, it was extremely ill fitting and small. The quality wasn't good and in person the dress looked so cheap. I contacted them right away b/c it said you needed prior approval to send it back. Turns out they are not in New York as the name suggests, but in China. They told me it would cost $40-$60 to ship back or they would offer me 10% to keep it. The rep said it as if I would be so excited to keep a dress I couldn't fit in and even if I could, wouldn't wear. I said that was by no means a deal and asked for 50% off. She said 20% was the most she could do. I accepted this since I was tired of dealing with them and mad at myself for falling for this scam of a company. Just wanted to move on. Don't buy from them.. you will be sorry!!!

I ordered a fleece lined coat for $95. I tried to cancel the order. They said it was too late but I could return it. When the coat came two weeks later it was too big. It did not look like the picture. It was like a big bag not a fitted coat. I called the number on the website to return it. The number had been disconnected. I emailed the contact on the website. It takes over a day for a response because apparently the company is in China with no US presence. They offered to replace the coat with the right size. I refused and asked for a refund. They said I would have to ship it back to China for $50 or I could keep it and get 20% of my money back. I have reported this to the FTC and BBB. Do not buy from this company. The website says easy returns in 90 days. It is not true. You won’t get your money back. The products are not as described or pictured. Save your money. Buy from a local company.

Cheap imitation clothing
100% polyester pants sold as denim. Required to return to China, which I refused. Offered 10% refund to keep, eventually raising to 35%. I filed a complaint with the FTC, and with my credit card company which finally got a 100% refund to my account.
Do not do business with them. Their merchandise is cheap, customer service is horrible, and their business practices are deplorable.

Terrible company to deal with. They sell you inferior goods that are not described on their website and then tell you how expensive it is to return them and give you a 35% partial credit to more junk on their site. Finally got a 50% credit to my original form of payment after much back and forth. When you return to China you must include tracking which is $60. Basically you are stuck with whatever you buy from this site.

Little cheap jacket looks like a pharmacist might wear.$30 return to China. Crook selling junk.

Item purchased was not as shown on website. Very poor quality and arrived very late. The website states that the item will ship quickly and while that may be true it is coming from China so it takes a very long time to arrive. Once I received the item, I was so disappointed that I wanted to return it because I will NEVER wear it. The website states you have 90 days to return but they do not explain that the cost of shipping is on you and it has to go back to China. Instead of issuing a refund they badgered me into keeping the item because the return is cost prohibitive. COMPLETE SCAM. I should have known better. Lesson learned.

I bought a pair of boots with this company and on the website they looked great! However, when I received them they did not look anything like the pictures. I contacted them for a return and they responded initially, but now I have yet to hear from them about a resolution. They basically ghosted me over a pair of $69.95 boots. I wish I had never seen their website.

I purchased some Brook shoes from them. Brooks here in are a High quality shoe, these were vinyl junk advertised as leather.

After 2 months of fighting for refund and return as their own policy states they are offering a 30% refund or I can return them to China for twice the cost to me... No way do as your own policy states.

Total scam. Do not order anything from these crooks. Every positive review on here is obviously fake.

I totally agree with all of the negative reviews. Misleading address, no notice of having to return to China, offering a percentage of what I paid and to keep the items I have, but why would I if I was trying to return them. Descriptions don't match items, and they are offering a gift card and won't give me a refund although their website says differently. They do list a New York address, but won't give that address as a location to return items which are all within the time frame, that is now getting longer because they keep making different offers, but not to return my funds, which is advertised on their webpage. As a previous person said, their return policy is completely false. They are using fraudulent information and not honoring what they are adverting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, you will lose your money.

I bought 2 dresses online after reviewing their return policy. Their return policy states: Returns are “simple, clear, and stress-free,” and includes the following:
*A 90-day return period from the date of delivery
*No restocking fees
*Refunds processed within 7 business days after approval and inspection
*Customer responsibility for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

HOWEVER - they fail to address that returns are to China, which costs more than the items themselves.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU ANTICIPATE HAVING TO RETURN ANYTHING.

Very deceiving. I will never purchase another dress from this store. Everything from China the cheapest materials. The description doesn’t match what you ordered. I could have made the dress for a fraction of the cost. Total rip off. Lesson learned. It’s not what you see in the picture nor the material they advertise.
