Ordered multiple things from this website for the first time this year as they have items I need for my daughter for Christmas that I can’t get in the UK. I was a bit worried at first, but every watsapp message I sent got a reply. Items come packaged really well and as described and they’re now safely away for Christmas. Postage to the UK might be a bit much for some but that’s not really to do with the company. If you’re after a specific item though then I’d definitely recommend this place. Still waiting on more stuff to be invoiced and posted and will def shop here in the future.

Great delivery and in perfect condition. Admitting I was a bit skeptical about getting my sculpture and art display.But thats the norm when u preorder. Have to wait awhile especially shipping from japan.But looking forward to buy from them again.Still waiting on my rest of delivery.But excited for it to ship out:)

Had a good experience ordering from Orzgk! Already received 3 orders (and I have another 2 upcoming pre-orders), it is easy to reach out to them (they are available on WhatsApp and email), and they process the shipping pretty fast once it is paid.
Once the product is available they will contact you with shipping options. Please have in mind that express shipping will be expensive if the statue is big and heavy, but they also provide cheaper options for those cases (ship + land delivery).

Simply amazing. Will be my first choice if I’m looking for another statue.

The process to from buying to receiving the figure I ordered was great and straightforward. Allen also helped a lot with handling the shipping information and time sensitive information, their assistance was appreciated.

Then item was packed good and suffered no damage and my assistant “Lucy “ hepled me when i was no understanding the system .

Upon delivery, the item had immediate defects. Paint was missing from areas around the torso and leg. When I initially reported this via WhatsApp to customer service, my messages were left on read, and the rep tried to dismiss the issue as non-defective. Only after I pushed back did they submit a shipping insurance claim. They offered a paltry $30 compensation on a $600+ item, claiming it only costs $10–$30 to repair.

I reluctantly accepted the $30 compensation just to get a partial resolution, but then the representative went completely silent for nearly two weeks. Furthermore, after having the item for a few days, the issue worsened significantly: the paint was clearly not sealed properly, flaking around the face, eyes, knees, and chest, and literally rubbing off under light touch.

As of now, the $30 compensation was never sent to my card or issued as store credit, and customer service has completely stopped responding. Compared to other companies in this market that are highly communicative and supportive, OrzGK’s customer service is dismissive, uncooperative, and unresponsive when quality issues arise. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from OrzGK again.

Ordered a beautiful Garage Kit Frieren figure from them in preorder for Canada. The process was very clear and the package arrived well packed and super protected by a huge foam bloc. The figure is fragile but of a high quality material wich make her even more beautiful than my resin figures.

I would love to order from them again in the future. They have my trust!

Hi would throughly recommend this service, very good communication Allen my customer service agent was great answered promptly with good information. Figure arrived on time undamaged well packed for the transit, No complaints which is unusual for me, will use again if more figures I like are released.

Hi, been a customer for years now. First time posting here. Orzgk is my go to site for resin figures. I have a few sites I use, beside Orzgk. But Orzgk is my favorite. To me the communication is the best. Email/whatsapp is always easy and fast reply back. My agent I deal with always is Ella. And Felix is always helpful as well. Ella always been great to communicate with, if I had problems or questions. Have order over 12+ figures and always been smooth transactions. I would highly recommend Orzgk for any figures. License&unlicensed studios.

Overall very happy with what I got and the service, the shipping is a bit on the high side, but I did pay for faster shipping, there was a few minor errors in the Judy I got but not too upset about it.

only thing I had to do was reach out a few times as I had been waiting quite a while for updates but it was quickly sorted when I spoke to someone.

Everything was perfect! My package delivered on time, and nothing came scratched, broken, or damaged. Allan was my assistant, they are amazing and respond to my emails pretty quickly!

They constantly change the final product without advice, just telling you at the moment of realizong the last payment and of course don't give back the money even if the figure finally is not what you preordered. Also sometimes the customer service replies sarcastically and not professional

Customer service was honestly pretty good, all I had to do was ask and they would deliver. I got my figure in perfect shape and it arrived when it should. No complaints here.
