I ordered a pair of figures from Japan with a pretty long production/delivery process. I got contacted in time by my Assistant Allen at all the crucial steps and got offered a variety of options for delivery with trackers for all the steps between.
Ultimately my figures arrived in good condition and i would trust OrzGK if i am to order any figures in the future again.

At first I was a little suspicious of the website since it can be hard to find vendors who make overseas products available for prices that are not over the top... after doing some research I put my trust into OrzGK. I do not regret it at all - Allen reached out to me right away from the website regarding shipping when my preorder product became available.
He was very patient and extremely reliable helping make sure my product arrived undamaged and on time!
I am looking forward to doing business with Allen and OrzGK again!!

Statue arrive in perfect condition and I had great communication during the whole purchase process Allen really made the procedure straight forward and pain free! will definitely use them again!

The order came undamaged and they were on contact with me and answered my questions on mail. I had some issues on talking from whatsapp but Lucy responded my mails and warned me on important details about shipping. Im just glad that my order came undamaged. My order was Kaedehara Kazuha action figure. And im thinking to make another purchases in the future.

I wrote to customer support using whatsapp for information on a possible first statue purchase. I received a hasty initial response after 4 hours.
Following my request for clarification, I have not received any further responses in 48 hours.
I decided not to continue the purchase given the quality of customer service

Emails with the whole packing process, and taking photos to send to me of my statue before it was packaged up. Very friendly and responded to me within hours and answered all my questions.

3rd is pre - order stock with deposit payment.
the whole order proceed without any problem.
I don't have WhatsApp so I did the entire ordering process via email and it went without any problem.

Bought my first figur and the service is very good. The figure arrived in a very well-secured package, and the individual parts were packed again in custom-made Styrofoam packaging.

They helped me all thru out the process, very responsive during the delivery.
Pre-ordered my Sephiroth Figure last year about 2024. Not sure about it since it was my first time ordering and do not know what will happen during delivery time. The transactions went smoothly and delivery is on time.

I worked with Lucy to get my order shipped out and finalize payments. Order shipped out very quickly with UPS and arrived in perfect condition; the box had plenty of tape, and sturdy plastic corners were used to prevent external damage, and internally, expanding foam was used to keep my product in one piece (Very similar to fully built computers if you've ever seen that!). Very satisfied customer here!
